Chaisaeng Villa Hotel

Stora fina rum, snabb incheckning, bra parkeringsmöjligheter, pub i anslutning till hotellet. Hotellet ligger en bit från huvudvägen, men är ändå lättillgängligt. Bra frukost.

I could walk easily to downtown. Staff was always pleasant. Rooms for two should have 2 chairs to sit in and maybe a small set of drawers to put things in. Breakfast was always good. Internet access timeout before discontinuing and strength is a problem for business use.

Liegt etwas außerhalb, eigentlich nur ein Restaurant am Hotel, alles andere weiter weg. Zimmer recht neu und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück mehr asiatisch, wenig international. Gut zu parken, teilweise mit Dach. Gutes und günstiges Hotel auf der Strecke nach Chang Mai.

I recommend everyone to stay in this Hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful we was check in late but have issues with the bathroom the toilet flush and water not stop leaking and front deck come up and come check right away and she said she will moved to other room! We was enjoyed stayed will stay again next year!!

Clean and tidy environment, staff are nice and helpful.

The room was spacious, with cool A/C. The pillows, the chair and bath linens had probably seen too many hours of use and should be replaced.
Parking space was good. There was no milk or yogurt at breakfast but the food tasted good..

A nice clean hotel and very reasonably priced for a property of this standard. A few draw backs are that it is isolated from convenience stores but many people here have cars and parking is at a premium at night time. There are a very limited number of staff that can speak English compitently and this can be frustrating when seeking assistance. Having said that, I would like to note that I was the only Westerner at this hotel. Overall a good hotel that I highly recommend.

ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง มีที่จอดรถสะดวก

แต่ถ้ามีเด็กน้อย (1-2 ขวบ) ไปด้วยต้องระวังเรื่องปลั๊กไฟในห้อง ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับที่เด็กสามารถเอานิ้วแหย่ได้ ทางโรงแรมไม่มีการเตรียมอุปกรณ์อุดปลั๊กไว้เลย

ดูไม่ค่อยเอื้อประโยชน์ต่อเด็กเล็กเท่าไหร่ จาน ชาม ช้อนส้อม มี แต่ไม่มีแก้วน้ำเด็ก

ห้องน้ำด้านล่าง น่าจะมีที่เปลี่ยนแพมเพิส สักหน่อยน่าจะดี เพราะห้องดูมีพื้นที่

Staff was helpful and the hotel was clean and updated

It’s a good hotel. This hotel is located in the city so nothing special for the view. The food is great in my opinion - like the taste, decoration as I had ordered my lunch when I was in my room. Breakfast is nice. I loved a dice of butter over the plastic wrap with some ice, I guess, to make butter didn’t melt so fast.

เวลา 15:30 น. ไปถึงโรงแรมเพื่อเช็คอิน แต่เจ้าหน้าที่บอกว่าห้องพักยังไม่พร้อมให้รอ 15 นาที ทั้งๆที่เวลาเช็คอินได้ตั้งแต่ 14:00 น. ซึ่งห้องพักควรจะพร้อมแล้ว อุปกรณ์ในห้องไม่ครบ เช่น ผ้าเช็ดหน้า ไดร์เป่าผม ต้องโทรลงมาแจ้งกับประชาสัมพันธ์ เพราะในห้องมีตารางแจ้งราคาของใช้ในห้องหากสูญหาย ถ้าลูกค้าไม่ตรวจสอบก่อน ตอน Check out กลายเป็นของหายเรื่องยาวอีก ผ้าเช็ดหน้าและผ้าเช็ดตัวสีหม่นมาก ตอนกลางคืนแมลงเยอะมาก

Nice and new hotel with all necessary amenities in room. Breakfast is ok in general except for Thai dishes which are supposed to be hot are totally cold. Location is not far from downtown; however , driving is recommended.

There are two hotel with similar names, Chaisaeng Villa and Chaisaeng Place. Our Tom Tom took us to Chaisaeng Place, which is by the river. We realised that it was a wrong hotel. Our one was Chaisaeng Villa.

Where Chaisaeng place is located next to the river and near the eatery places, Chaisaeng Villa is a bit out side the main drag and is next to a main road. Although the hotel was very basic, it was very newandnthe room was clean. Breakfast choice was limited but sufficient.

We have been in Thailand many times, stayed in many different hotels, including thoese 5-stars of Bangkok, but only in this hotel, their full HD TV really shows us the full HD local TV programs. This made me first time enjoying to watch TV in Thailand.
For those going to check in this hotel, one thing should be beared in mind: don't open the slide door of balcony at night, otherwise you will be troubled with those little insects chasing light.
