Hotel ideal para conocer Colonia
Pros:

Personal excelente, muy buena predisposición para atendernos. Habitación en el altillo (se llega hasta el piso anterior en ascensor, luego escalera, ojo personas con limitación de subir pisos, no fue nuestro caso), baño adecuado, el cuarto tiene como un escritorio separado da la cama por si uno quiere dormir y el otro leer o trabajar en algo. Te esperan con unas cervezas y aguas sin cargo, al igual si vas a cenar al restaurante del hotel que está a la vuelta te regalan una cerveza (detalle a favor). Justo nos tocó época de arreglos en la calle, pero empezaban después de las 6 de la mañana (ya estábamos despiertos).
Ubicación excelente, a pocas cuadras de la catedral y dos del río donde hay muy buenos restaurantes.
Si tengo que decir algo malo o que no nos gustó mucho, es el desayuno que lo notamos algo escaso, completo pero no abundante (café de distintas variedades - late, capuccino, etc- frutas fiambre, pan, jugos yogurt, frutos secos)
En general, como buscábamos, precio adecuado, muy bien ubicado (cerca de la estación central, del centro y del río), un hotel que solo queríamos para dormir, cumplió ampliamente con las epectativas.

Como dije me parece mejorar un poco la cantidad del desayuno

Pros:

A pleasant stay at Hotel Sion. The location is perfect for exploring the main attractions, with everything within easy reach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only downside was the noise from the nearby pub, which disturbed us during the night.

Die Lage war super zugänglich gute Stimmung (auch wenn Musik in der Lobby gefehlt hat finde ich) Personal war super Zimm
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut zubereitet und das Hotel Personal war Mega lieb
Die Dusche auch wenn klein war schön simple eingerichtet und sauber das moderne Design hat mir auch gefallen
Der Herr an der Rezeption hat mir such netterweise das Frühstück includiert da ich nicht so Glück hatte mit meinem Urlaub zu der Zeit deshalb bin ich ihm sehr dankbar

Cons:

Zimmer war ein bischen zusammengeschrumpft aufgebaut als hätte es nicht ging Platz zum Atmen aber das ist wohl dem alten Haus Bau und original Zweck zur Verantwortung zu geben nicht den jetzigen Hotel Besitzern

Péssima experiência com o staff. Hospedem-se em outro lugar.

A localização é muito boa.

Cons:

Os funcionários são extremamente despreparados. Recebem os hóspedes sem alguma cordialidade, sobretudo se você chega mais tarde - mesmo tendo o aviso de que a recepção funciona 24h.

Se você informa que tem um problema, a única resposta que recebe é que pra aquela pessoa não tem diferença, já que ela não pode fazer nada. Seria mais honesto ter recebido “problema seu” como resposta.

É realmente um staff muito fraco para operar no setor de serviços.

Wir waren zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, das Buffet OK. Den Kaffee fanden wir gut.
Die eine Dame an der Reception beim Einchecken war sehr freundlich, was man allerdings nicht von allem Receptionspersonal sagen kann.
Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Gute Matratzen, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Sehr zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Personal im Frühstücksraum ist nicht immer aufmerksam, wenn etwas am Frühstücksbuffet leer ist. Freundlichkeit ist naja, aber vielleicht liegt es an den Sprachfähigkeiten.
