Property is conveniently situated at city centre. Walking distance to Burnhap park and main Baguio session road. The hotel is maintained well and staff are very helpful and courteous.

The building need a remodel.. our toilet don’t even have a toilet seat cover, tv is missing a remote control. Staff was ok.
The phone and tv.is shot.leaky toilet, bed and bedding its worse. Mosquitos everywhere in the room. room is not good.food is worse.doors is not safe .this building needs general reno for every room.vanity not presentable. In a short word this hotel kisad in Baguio .philippines is not recommendable,to stay in my ..opinion. thanks mabuhay..

Great and friendly staff. However, the cleanliness of this hotel is not up to par. The bathroom is filthy, we found a roach egg on the wall, dust on the ceiling, the mirror by the sink area is not clean. On the 2nd night of our stay, I found a gum in the blanket that I used the night before which is absolutely gross. This hotel needs a serious attention when it comes to cleanliness. Paying for 2 rooms with the same issue is not money worth.
The staff was friendly, but the place was filthy and there was no toilet seats in the whole place. Water pressure was bad and the sink leaks all over the counter top.
Bathroom was very dirty and the doors on the lock did not work.
Their door locks are all busted , their bathroom toilets , shower are moldy
This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. We did not stay. Filthy room. Mold on walls in room and bathroom. Toilet leaking on the floor. I asked front desk for towels to contain the leaking, but they were going to charge me for them!! Major construction going on next door. Noisy beyond description. The room was cold. No heater. This place needs a major renovation. Possibly just demolition
The property itself is in good condition but it was not well maintained. Deep cleaning should be done as toilet is dirty, walls has stains and molds, blanket smells like something that has been kept away for the longest time. Not recommended and I will not come back.
Hotel staff were friendly, but looked tired. We were on the 3rd floor. Since there was no elevator, the bellboy, an old man, had to carry my 2 heavy luggages up the stairs. My senior companions had difficulty walking up the stairs. Location of the hotel was steep and secluded, making it difficult for taxis to back out. The room was dirty, no AC, bed bugs. Toilet was barely flushable and had NO shower curtains.
I am not recommending this place due to the room is dirty, lots of mold, presence of cockroaches. This place needs renovation badly.

Hotel Henrico Kisad is accomodating and approachable
Hello! Customer service was great. 2 receptionists and chef was very accommodating. Dining area has good ambience. However, in terms of the condition or our room (Room 210). The window was broken and no view outside. It makes us sad because we expected nice view and we expect to have a window for proper ventilation. Also, stainless towel holders and hooks were dirty and rusty. Door knob is not secured i think it can be open using plastic cards.
Hotel Henrico Kisad has a lot to offer. I hope minor observations can be corrected soon. I still want to stay in Hotel Henrico in the future.

it was a relaxing weekend with my childhood friends staying in a friendly hotel Henrico-Kisad....thanks to the friendly & accommodating staff...
The room given was an 8 sqm room with 2 bunkbeds that are a meter away from each other.
the CR was a mess, very badly lit, with just 1 bulb lighting the room. The main door is few inches bigger than the cr door. NEVER WILL I BOOK WITH YOUR APP AGAIN
We arrived early and they allowed us to check in without additional charge.
We stayed here before and it was nice that the reception and restaurant were renovated. It would also help in reviews if they renovate toilets and not look like a makeshift bathroom with tubes running all over.
