Clean, comfortable and value for money
Pros:

Loved the location and value for money. It was clean.

Cons:

Only thing was the pool was closed for renovations for the 2 nights I stayed. The pool was great on previous trip.

Terrible stay, never again

Close to beach and other good venues, lift for easy access to rooms

Cons:

Cold breakfast, wrong breakfast given, charged for splash of milk in coffee, room had ants in bathroom, given different room to the one booked, no cleaning products, no soap, no slippers as stated, room faced the wrong direction, woken at 2am by someone swimming in the rooftop pool on multiple occasions....
Very different from our first stay here July 2025 while it was still the Zest. The manager was emailed and I've not had a response. Will never stay here again!

Pros:

The price was absolutely amazing for this hotel — very budget-friendly for what you get. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet comfortable to stay. The pool area is great and very relaxing. Overall, it’s an outstanding value for money and a perfect balance between price and quality.

Have been staying here since the hotel was built, in desperate need of renovations/repairs as nothing has been done

Pool needed a good clean, algae growing on steps making it slippery/dangerous to enter & exit
Asked the person at the rooftop bar for a towel, she was sitting on her phone had to get her attention. Waited 15 mins while she went downstairs to get a towel, not sure why they don’t have stock ready for guests to use
Nail are sticking out of the decking upstairs, needs to be redone
Uncomfortable pool chairs with no padding/cushion

Rien. Chambre insalubre, de la moisissure plein la douche et de la poussière partout dans la chambre / des tâches sur les draps et les serviettes.

Cons:

Rien. Ils m'ont donné un papier signé de leur part en m'assurant que je serai remboursé mais je n'ai a ce jour reçu aucun remboursement de leur part. A FUIR !!!

The location was great 👍

Cons:

This place has new owners and whilst the new ownership its is only recent, they need to do some work. Whilst the staff were friendly, many had limited english and could not address any issues. Towels and sheets need to be replaced they were grey, as does the pool deck and chairs. The pool deck was dangerous with pieces of wood splintered and missing.. Our room (318) has a loud noise 24/7, which we found out later to be a water pump..

staff are good but sometimes difficult to communicate with as i dont speak indonesian.
Pros:

pool area is great and always clean and tidy.

Cons:

the menus are printed in to small a print are almost unreadable, even with glsasses i cant read it so went elsewhere for breakfast.
