Cons:

Didn't get the room we paid for, kept getting told that we could get it later
I got bed bug bites, identified by the Chemist!!

Very unclean - you get what you pay for.
Pros:

That I got 2 bottles of water each day and that my bed was made. Friendly staff

Cons:

So dirty. Staff need to be cleaning more. Towels smelt. Linen has holes in it. When you get into bed it feels greasy. Does not feel clean and fresh. Bathroom tiles and door unclean. Dinning room cushions need a deep clean they are all stained and dirty. Pool was closed for at least a third of our stay.

Pros:

That I got 2 bottles of water each day and my bed made. Staff were nice.

Cons:

Very dirty. Towels smelt, dirty bathrooms, when you climb into bed, the sheets feel greasy, not fresh and clean. Swimming pool closed several times - for 2 days at a time. Dinning room cushions extremely stained and dirty. Couch in lobby broken.

A bit sad
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Definitely gone down since palette take over, pool steps green, decking dangerous such a shame for one if my favourite places. Hopefully they will do some renovations. Great value for price though.

Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty, soap scum and mould in the shower. Floors filthy, mould on the walls over bed head. Window roller blind was literally falling apart when being used

Overall, I was reasonably happy with my stay and knowing what I now know I would stay there again
Pros:

The value for money including breakfast. the location of the hotel, parking out front.

Cons:

Had a lot of hassles checking in as the staff's English was not good but upgraded to a balcony room next day. Unfortunately, there were no towels in the room and had to wait 3 hours and 2 phone calls before a towel arrived. Very disappointed that neither the hotel or the bar restaurant accepted card payment only cash. Fridges are very small, don't like the card system for power to the room. I think that tea and coffee making facilities should be added to the rooms to bring it up to standard with other hotels. Safe is easy to operate and use. No hot water to the vanity basin.

Ok for overnight, would not stay longer as you can get better value elsewhere.
Pros:

The location it great, we only use as a stopover.

Cons:

The property used to be cleaner, pillows need to be replaced and bathroom towels very old.

Good location
Pros:

Love the location .. walking distance to market places and beach and spas

Cons:

Just needs an upgrade and a little mould in shower ... otherwise not bothered it was a great place

Lousy hotel
Pros:

Close to good bars and restaurants. Near beach

Cons:

Pool was out of action . Sheets were grey. Room run down. No soap provided. Airconditioning failed in our balcony room and we were given standard room as replacement. No refund or compensation. Never stay there again. Bitten by bugs in bed..

Disappointing! Won’t stay again!
Pros:

It was cheap as we only needed a room until I flight left late that night

Cons:

Wouldn’t let us check in prior to 2pm! Couldn’t sit by the pool to wait as it was closed for maintenance! Didn’t offer us any other option except to come back at 2!
