כלום! לצערי נאלצנו לעזוב כעבור שעה!!

הדירה שקבלנו היא בעצם מכולה. היה יום חם מאוד והמלון לא הכין עבורנו את הדירה, לא הגיפו תריסים ולא הפעילו את המזגן. כשהגענו לדירה החום היה בלתי נסבל, המתנו כשעה ונאלצנו לבטל את ההזמנה.

Cuidado con las condiciones de reserva de este hotel
Pros:

Esta muy bien ubicado, lugar muy tranquilo y cercano al lago y al centro.

Cons:

Falta de seriedad en las condiciones de la reserva, la nuestra era una habitación matrimonial con desayuno incluido. Al llegar nos dicen que el hotel estaba completo y nos asignaron una tiny house, que es un contenedor de chapa qué estaba afuera en la cochera y que por ser ese lugar asignado no teníamos el desayuno incluido. Es decir, ese fue el único contacto con el hotel, no conocimos sus instalaciones. No hicieron lugar a mi reclamo por el desayuno, es mas nos quisieron cobrar $20.000 por persona por dia. Además recurri a Booking para que me ayude con este problema y no tuve respuesta.
