Pros:

Personnel très aimable et compétent
Lounge très bien équipée il y a une salle de gym et j'en ai profite

Cons:

Cela n'a rien avoir.avec l'établissement c'est la chaleur extérieure ce qui fait que j'ai été un peu malade et aussi les coupures de courant mais c'est inhérent au pays
Je crois que pour aller au Botswana il faut être jeune ceci dit je conseille fortement cette lounge

I little disappointing
Pros:

Beautiful location, lovely restaurant

Cons:

So many things were broken. Toilet seat, shower, no shower curtain. Electric went and generator wouldn’t kick in so long wait for food

Pretty slow in answering messages on Booking. Confirm the shuttle in advance, because it might take a while.

Great stay!
Pros:

We have stayed in a few lodges around Maun but this was by far the best. In particular the staff are fantastic from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff. We also like the restaurant. Well done Maun Lodge great stay!

Rather not go there again
Pros:

Location good and Dinner setting beautiful around bonfire

Cons:

Reception staff were pathetic and very slow and confused with billing procedures. Waisted more than an hour of our time and other guests
Check was terribly delayed.

Relaxing and convenient stay, quite close to the airport.
Pros:

It was a great central location, easy to access, with good food and live music in the evening. The rooms were comfortable and quiet with lovely views of the river.

Cons:

We didn’t have the correct adaptor for the region so maybe some to borrow from reception would be a great help. We were pointed to a nearby shop though.

Pros:

We had a river view room and the birdlike was amazing. The hotel is very central to everything we needed and wanted to do in Maun.
