Rather not go there again
Pros:

Location good and Dinner setting beautiful around bonfire

Cons:

Reception staff were pathetic and very slow and confused with billing procedures. Waisted more than an hour of our time and other guests
Check was terribly delayed.

Relaxing and convenient stay, quite close to the airport.
Pros:

It was a great central location, easy to access, with good food and live music in the evening. The rooms were comfortable and quiet with lovely views of the river.

Cons:

We didn’t have the correct adaptor for the region so maybe some to borrow from reception would be a great help. We were pointed to a nearby shop though.

Pros:

We had a river view room and the birdlike was amazing. The hotel is very central to everything we needed and wanted to do in Maun.

We had to wait for one hour to have our room ready after official check in times. The spa was closed during our stay. The food of the buffet was not nice, all food was cold and tasteless. Don’t book your stay there if you are in Maun

Cons:
