The hotel, staff, restaurant, and beach were outstanding, and there is a lot to love about the property. However, there was significant noise starting around 3 a.m. from the nearby lobster facility, which made it very difficult to sleep. Given the high cost of the stay, that level of noise was disappointing.
In addition, the room was described as having a “city view,” but the actual view was of the lobster factory/facility. I think this should be advertised more transparently so guests know what to expect.
It is a shame, because the restaurant, beach, and staff were otherwise excellent. The hotel should either improve the noise insulation or be clearer upfront about the noise level and the actual view from these rooms.

Our particular room had a weird layout with the TV mounted to the side of the king bed

The hotel is so beautiful and located right on the beach.
The pool area was exceptionally nice.
The staff was nice. The room was pleasant with an unexpected view of the water.
Noisy.
Restaurant and bar atmosphere was terrific. The rolls were super clean and everything felt new - which is great for a hotel on the coast
Our only complain is that in room 303 we could not get the temperature down so the room was a bit warm during the night
It was very clean, staff were exceptionally accommodating from the moment we arrived throughout! By far the best place I have stayed!!!!

It could not have been better the hotel is wonderful our room was spotless large with a balcony and ocean view we love the staff kind and sincere we ate at both of there restaurant’s they will shuttle you to the off sight restaurant and pick you up
The food was delicious I ordered fish and chips they cooked it like a five star chef and I have eaten at some of the best be sure

We were doing a one night stay cation with friends and it was amazing. Amazing drinks at the bar and a wonderful rooftop pool. It's still chilly outside, so I would have liked them to light the firepit tables and warmers. Other than that, our stay was great.
Needed to turn on warmers and firepit tables on the roof deck..
