I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality that immediately set the tone for an exceptional stay. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way — friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in making sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

The room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, and the space was quiet, relaxing, and thoughtfully laid out. Every detail felt intentional, from the cleanliness to the amenities to the overall atmosphere.

The hotel itself is stunning — modern, elegant, and inviting, while still feeling cozy and relaxing. Common areas were spotless and well-maintained, and everything ran seamlessly from check-in to check-out.

What truly sets this place apart is the level of service. Every interaction felt personal and sincere. It is clear that the team takes great pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the experience.

It was bad. Don’t recommend anyone stay here for this price.
Pros:

Place is immaculate, as it should be for this tier of hospitality. Decor, layout and design are all beautiful.

Cons:

The rooms are extremely noisy. It sounded like there was construction going on underneath us at all hours of the day and night. My parents stayed in the room above us, and they were annoyed about that too. We had an infant with us and the noise kept all three of us up all night. Also, the WiFi died on us in the morning. No tv or internet for a place like this is definitely not something that should be happening.

Perfect Setting for our Holiday Friend Party!
Pros:

Last night we hosted a holiday party Fireside in the Lobby at the Beauport Hotel with our food/beverage from the 1606 Restaurant, and it was absolutely wonderful.

Emily (AGM) as always was fantastic helping with the planning, emailing late at night following her shift, with Gail (Hostess Manager) stepping in seamlessly to ensure everything ran smoothly during our party, impressive as she started at 6:30AM. Chef Jon and his team delivered incredible food, and our servers, Katie and Chelsea, were so attentive and warm throughout the evening. No detail was left untouched!

The Beauport setting during the holidays is truly magical — it genuinely feels like Christmas the moment you walk in. The décor is so beautiful, the atmosphere inviting, everyone was so comfortable and the team clearly cares about creating special experiences. We also hired local piano player Jack Favazza, who added the perfect festive touch.

Our friends had an amazing night, and we’re so lucky to have The Beauport Hotel and their wonderful staff right in our backyard. Highly recommend!
