Overall, it was a decent and pleasant stay and the hotel offered great value in Tokyo.
Pros:

This hotel is a basic but very comfortable Japanese style business hotel located in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. It is 6-8 minutes walk to the subway station so the location is quite convenient even it is not in the very central area of Tokyo. You can reach Shinjuku and Shibuya quite fast using the Tokyo subway from here. There are also several convenient stores, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. The price is definitely a great value for Tokyo in my opinion. I like that even its a tiny single room it offers a clean bathroom with a bathtub, a comfy single bed, and a fridge. Wifi is fast also. The hotel itself is also very quiet so i had wonderful sleep while living there for the whole week.

Cons:

I would suggest to improve the in-room cleanness. There is visible dust in the room especially around windows, air conditioner, and the desk area, which is inferior than most hotels I stayed in Japan before. But the toilet is absolutely clean which was good. I understand that this hotel utilises digital checkin system for saving labor cost but it can be a little frustrating when in emergency. For example, I put my luggage at the hotel lobby on the last day after i checked out, when I came around 2 pm, I couldn't find anybody to open the gate for me to access my luggage and I also didn't know who to contact. Luckily I got the door open automatically after multiple knocking. Otherwise I could have missed my flight for this issue. I think having an emergency phone number to call the hotel staff can solve the issue.

Overal is a good place to stay, good price and 30~45 min from main spots
Pros:

The price was good. They have morning coffee. Auto-check in/out process was smooth.
They have available a library full of mangas. I cant read Japanese so wasn’t able to use it, but is a nice touch.

Cons:

Is between some metro stations, but you have to walk kinda 10 min.
The room’s window point to a wall, not a big issue anyway.

Pros:

The self check-in process was pretty straightforward. The room was clean and nice, and there was daily housekeeping. Even though the nearest train station was a bit far from the hotel, I didn't mind at all since the area around the hotel was pretty nice and has chill vibes, and there are lots of shops to buy food, convenience stores, and even a supermarket just around the block.

Upon checking out, the guy at the reception gave a stamp book as a souvenir. And since it was raining outside, he also offered me to take an umbrella. It was a warm and nice gesture from him.

Overall it was great value for money and I'll stay here again if I have the chance.
