Tout le séjour s'est bien passé mais ...

Il était prévu un restaurant pour le petit déjeuner = fermé "exceptionnellement"
Nous avons choisi cet établissement parce qu'il acceptait notre chien
Finalement, nous pensions que le prix comprenait aussi sa présence. La réceptionniste au départ a été particulièrement désagréable et je pèse mes mots. Je lui ai donc répondu sur le même ton qu'elle a employé et ce n'est pas mon habitude ! J'ai fini par lui dire que je payais mais que je vous en informerai
Elle m'a envoyé un mail après mon départ pour m'annoncer qu'il refusait les chiens de + de 25Kg où est-ce mentionné dans dans l'annonce ? et si j'étais de mauvaise foi (ce qui n'est pas le cas) elle n'a pas pesé mon chien ...
Si j'ai tout apprécié dans cet établissement, tout a été gâché par cette réceptionniste !

Pros:

Big and clean, fit for 2 persons
All facilities is good and comfortable to used. The blankets is so warm and bed is very comfort.
Not too far from bus station and Metro. You can see the lake from the building when the weather is good.

Grosszügige Zimmergrösse, sauber und optimal ausgestattet
Pros:

Die Raumgrösse war grosszügig, es gab genug Platz. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war ideal, das nötigste war vorhanden. Es gab genügend Handtücher, WC Papier, Teller, Besteck, also alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ich komme gern wieder, denn im Vergleich zu einem Hotelzimmer in der Preisklasse, konnte man sich wenigstens noch im Raum bewegen und hatte genug Platz.

Cons:

Alles war vollkommen in Ordnung.

Séjour agréable.
Pros:

Le système d’obtention de la clef et la propreté.

Cons:

Le manque de quelques accessoires de cuisine( mug, bac à glaçons, grande poêle,…).
L’absence d’oreiller ergonomique.

Bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Le rapport qualité-prix, surtout pour la Suisse, la gentillesse et la réactivité de la réceptionniste, la chambre et la cuisine

Cons:

Le situation pas trop centrale, la difficulté pour le check-in, les heures d'ouvertures fort restreintes de la réception, le douche de marque Grohe très difficile à règler ... on risque de se brûler ou de prendre une touche tiède ... une douche moins chère aurait fait l'affaire que cet engin trop sophistiqué.

Als Kurzaufenthalt ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

In der direkte Umgebung am See (nur die Strasse überqueren) hat es ein paar Restaurants. Somit muss man nicht gleich in der Innenstadt fahren um was zu essen. Sehr gut Schallisoliert, man hört kaum was sobald die Fenster zu sind. Eine späte Anreise ist dank Schlüsseltresor kein Problem (wenn es vorher gemeldet wird).

Cons:

Der Bodenbelag ist quasi eine Mischung zwischen Kokosmatte und Vinyl. Empfand es als unangenehm darauf barfuss zu laufen. Auf den Foto ist ein Nespresso Zenius ersichtlich, so eine Maschine habe ich zuhause auch. Leider 'nur' ein normaler Nespresso Maschine mit Kapseln (statt Pads).
