Despite its convenient location and modern design, Hotel falls short in service quality. inattentive staff, noise disturbances, and inconsistencies between advertised amenities and actual room conditions.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Jet Wings Colombo 7. The apartment style accommodation included two large rooms with two separate bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen area that were very spacious and had all amenities including a washer and dryer that became very useful. The breakfast was very high quality and included local and western cuisine and the menu changed daily. What has to be highlighted is the service provided by the staff who were extremely courteous and helpful. While this was our first time at a Jet Wings hotel we have decided that going forward it will be our only hotel group to stay with whether we stay in Colombo or travel to other cities. Jet Wings stands out from other hotels as it is the ideal place to stay if you want some kind of luxury stay but not overly expensive or not overly high end - it has the perfect balance a tourist or a local would want in a hotel stay.

The staff did not communicate well, and the general cleanliness of the premises was not satisfactory.food was not as good as that offered by other hotels

Had our office Christmas party at the restaurant on the ground floor and Raj and his team did an excellent job in ensuring all our requirements were met. Would recommend.

I am happy with my stay at Jetwin Colombo Seven.. Just to keep you informed when using the customers credit or debit cards do not take the cards to your hand and instead offer the card machine to the customer to tap the card. This needs to be implemented as it’s relating privacy

While the industry has to give them 5* due to the two restaurants and the rooftop pool, the rooms are not up to 5* standards.

The floors are scratched, the carpet is bendy and impossible to straighten out (you trip over it at night when you want to use the lu), one plug socket available on one side of the bed only, the hair dryer works only if you keep your palm pressed against it the whole time and there's no bathtub, but only a shower. The hotel is extremely noisy, and if you're unfortunate enough to get the "city view" room, you'll be awake at 6 am when the street noise starts to amp up.

However, the staff will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and will offer you the best services possible. Everyone working there is incredibly helpful and polite, always looking to help and anticipate your needs. The staff is indeed up to 5* standards and I truly hope they're properly compensated for their hard work.

Stayed one night (12th Nov). After a long journey from Scotland it was great to be met with such friendly warm reception staff and door staff. Lovely hotel. Reception lady kindly upgraded our two rooms to connecting suites (thankyou!).
Evening meal was a set menu with one vegetarian option however chef kindly made it to our taste (very little chilli- Thankyou!). Restaurant staff were friendly too.
Apart from the rattling air conditioning unit (while switched off) in one room which maintenance will fix, the rooms were lovely and clean.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Always ready to assist us with any questions we had. The hotel is very modern, with beautifully designed and well equipped rooms. The rooftop pool and bar are fantastic. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of options every morning.

Very good ambience. Housekeeping was good. Hospitality was excellent. Roof-top swimming pool is located adjoining the sit-out, without any protection. The preferred food was prepared and served within the tolerable time. However, the choice is limited.

We visited Jetwing Colombo Seven and tried their High Tea Platter. it was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented! We were so happy to meet our old friend Raj, who gave us outstanding service throughout our visit. We even made a reel during our time there, and it has now gone viral with over 500K views! Impressive stay. Thank you Samantha and the front office team for allowing me to get an early check-in. Everyone is smiling and friendly from the people greeting you at the entrance to the people you encounter in the halls and elevator.

I booked a deluxe room (king bed) and it was spacious. Their soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and body wash are high quality and organic. Hotel linens and towels are superior as well. Amazing job from the housekeeping team.

I tried the rooftop bar with friends and they also served us good food and drinks. Decent breakfast with adequate selection.

Met friends for breakfast. Worst brunch I have ever eaten in SL.
No taste. Servers stand by to take your plate the second you finish or even if you turn to talk to a friend. No breathing space. Very minimum fare. Almost embarrassing to call it a buffet. Worst ever and will not come again

Large luxurious rooms with a peautiful view of the Colombo skyline, top end fittings, large shower area with a powerful shower, excellent bed. Good quality coffee & tea. The outstanding feature was the polite, warm & friendly manner of each and every taff member, from the General manager to the cleaners. This was exceptional as there wasn't a single moment when we felt otherwise. The breakfast was outstanding, a very tasty large selection of local & western dishes, very good cappuccino and latte. The infinity pool with the view and the rooftop bar was lovely and relaxing. In short, an excellent 5 star hotel in Colombo at a very reasonable price. We will be. definitely coming back in October again as we loved this hotel and the staff so very much.
