Cons:

Too many groups were in the hotel, bad smell in the lobby, very small and smelly elevator and corridors, receptionists were not professional and no arrangement to check-in or out. Bad experience overall and I will not recommend it to anyone.

Was a good stay, worth another visit.
Pros:

Clean, good location, reasonable price, gentle service and staff. Doua at the reception desk was very cooperative.

Cons:

The windows need to be much isolating as it could not block the street noise.

Pros:

The breakfast is okay, especially the omelette. It fits us chinese's appetite well. The location of the hotel is also great, near to a supermarket and a fantastic modern shopping mall. The apartment is quite big and rhe room is comfortable.

Cons:

We immediately find the rason why the hotel dropped from four to three stars. Most of fcilities are broken inside. All that glisters are not gold...And, it's a little bit expensive when the tax is included.

Too high price for a mediocre service and hospitality

Cons:

The ventilation in washroom was very terrible and ACs were not working adequately. There was no proper receiving initiated by the hotel staff after booking was duly paid off in advance. No assistance for parking provided. Had to carry own stuffs byself to the room. The lift was also a mess.
