Pros:

The location of the hotel is quite near to the BTS station and there are lots of 7-Eleven stores along the way to the hotel. The hotel is also near to the pedestrian bridge, safe to go to the other side of the road. The hotel staffs were so helpful and friendly! They greeted me every morning during my stay with even though they spoke broken English & I spoke broken Thai xD

Cons:

The MRT construction is still happening when I was there (early Feb), the road is walkable but please expect dust & dirt.

Pros:

Not a lot

Cons:

There's massive road improvement works going on by the hotel. Didn't stop until 10p.m. This is not a slight on the hotel but it made for a very noisy stay.
Without the works happening it's still a very big noisy road but it is in a busy city so it's to be expected.
