Diamond Bangkok Apartment

For several reasons we will never stay here again in spite of it being our fourth stay. This time the wash basin was cracked, the toilet button was almost impossible to depress and required a repair, the fridge froze everything and when we turned up the temperature the fridge creaked alarmingly all night. My pillow was a series of irregular lumps ( it was obviously broken). The bed was much harder than in other rooms we had been given on previous visits. We had to request that shampoo and body wash containers be refilled as they were virtually empty on our arrival. Worst of all was that the room was noisy. On our last night a large group of people high on alcohol or drugs slammed doors, shouted throughout the night and were so loud that we could not sleep. Staff were not very helpful when we mentioned the problem on our last morning. They gave a half-hearted apology and then made no further eye contact with us before we left. Generally a very disappointing stay

The roadwork on Phetburi Road makes for much gridlock and access to hotel is affected. No fault of the hotel

I stay 9 days in the hotel the staff was too good and helpful safe too stay very clean property and all shop is near by

พนง บอกว่าห้องยังไม่พร้อมต้องรอเช็คอินช้ากว่าเดิม 1 ชั่วโมง เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่ทำงาน อ่างล้างหน้าตอนเข้าไปยังมีเศษขยะ ห้องค่อนข้างเก่า โซฟาขาด ห้องมีกลิ่นอับ ประตูระเบียงล็อคยากมาก
