Lodge Paradize Hotel

Read the details carefully. This motel does not have a pool but many pictures of a pool by the restaurant!
It is not a swimming pool.
The rooms are very basic but they're clean.
The toilet does not have a water hose/ bidet as detailed, at least my room didn't.
The airconditioning in my room leaked water if you set a temperature of 21C haha but raise the setting to 22 or more and its fine.
The best thing about this motel is it's centrality- steps away from the monorail and a short walk to the largest city malls like Pavillion and KLCC by elevated walkway out of the rain!
Overall i would say it is a little expensive for the quality of room but very convenient and the rooms are quite large , so quite comfortable, just very threadbare.
If you adjust your expectations to these facts ie basic room/ toilet and no pool you'll be quite satisfied i think for its conveniences.

In general its a good hotel but two things make itba little unpleasant to stay. First us the very loud noise from clubs and pubs. You can even feelbthe vibration from the music and obviously this is till early hours of the morning. Then the mattresses are clearly old, beingvoutvof shape and uncomfortable.
Everything else was fine, nice restaurant with really good food. Staff friendly amd helpful.

The hotel is in need of an update but the price was good and the location was great, central and within walking distance to lots of sights!!

Very good location, really in central city.
To KLCC juat walking 15 mnutes

The twin bed package was two single beds pushed together to form a double bed, the whole bed was tilted to one side and the building was old.

Paradize Hotel’s location is terrific. It’s just next to the monorail and walking distance to all the shopping malls like Pavilion, etc. We were able to navigate easily to eateries, connecting light rails and the airport.
Staff is very helpful and friendly.

トイレットペーパーやタオルは補充や交換しない（水の補充とゴミは回収するようです）
アウトレットは変な場所にある
冷蔵庫はありません
チェックイン時にルームキーのデポジットで100MYR必要（チェックアウト時返還）
30MYRは手数料とられます
とにかく他のホテル探しましょう

we booked a hotel with a pool. the pool area was not in operation and the pool was not full. the pool area and general hotel were run down.

暑い国なので部屋に冷蔵庫が欲しいと思う

Central city easy access

Terrible air conditioning and no pool use permitted - a waste of money . Don’t book here .

I paid for a double queen bed, i got there, the room was cigarette smelling, discusting!
I went bak to reception, they had no other double queen rooms available, i was given a twin bed room.i hate single beds.
10 mins later, i was offered an up date, double queen room, but i must pay MORE..i was discusted..i now have to pay, for the hotels inability, to chek the rooms, b4 they offer them for hire..i want my money back..!

The staff, at lodge paradize ZZZ were nothing short of wonderfull!
I recomend, this hotel offers rverything for the traveller, parking, nice rooms gr8 staff, especially the reception crew!!!🙂

This hotel, has the best position, in kl, soo close to everything , id recomed it to everyone!🙂

Hotels.com make mistake place only ONE room for us, we booked TWO rooms!
Receptionist show attitude during check in with poor customer service handling skill !!!

A lot of noise and also staff who can not speak english

Vi boede 3 nætter på dette hotel og havde reserveret og betalt hjemmefra. Dog måtte vi betale ekstra for at blive opgraderet til et standart værelse. Det mente jeg nu nok vi havde booked, men hotellet insisterede på, at vi havde booked et budgetværelse. Så vær obs på hvad I booker og tag gerne noget dokumentation med på det. Dog ikke sikkert, at det hjælper.
