Comfortable stay in great location
Pros:

The location was phenomenal and so were the staff. Room was a comfortable twin. We were worried about how the bathroom was situated but it maintained privacy just fine and had a large shower.

Very comfortable stay, helpful and nice personel, excellent localisation.
Pros:

Breakfest was very delicious, you have two types of continental version, and tree types of korean version. Very tasty, especially pork belly bulgogi and beef bulgogi. Very positive was that even if we went out after 2 PM, room cleaning and minibar change was done before our return to tle hotel.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Everything.
The staff were exceptional, especially Amanda in reception. We were unable to get transport on a wet and cold night from the central railway station. A desperate call to the Hotel resulted in a taxi finding us and delivering us to the Hotel.
All with Amanda's active guidance to the taxi driver..
Best reception staff we have ever experienced in our 50 years of travel.

Cons:

Nothing.
The location in the heart of Myeongdong is a hidden gem.
Highly recommended, especially for first time visitors.

Pros:

Location was perfect! It is slightly noisy at night but as to be expected being right in the center of everything, I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Seoul! The staff were also exceptionally helpful!

Cons:

A bit noisy but I did expect this given the location. The rooms are small so bare that in mind if you're traveling with a lot of luggage.

Pros:

Everything was perfect for us. We slept very well in comfortable beds. The location is excellent close to great food, shopping and lively night market. The hotel is next to the metro and close to many Seoul tourist stops. We have to say that communication with the staff before and during our stay was outstanding! We want to particularly thank Aloy for all his help and Mattieu for his restaurant recommendations! We highly recommend the hotel!
