Pros:

We enjoyed everything at Hotel28. They were kind enough to let us check in when we arrived early, the room was lovely, clean, modern and a good size. The location is superb. The gym was very good. And the staff were fantastic throughout!

非常好 在明洞中心 楼下步行1分钟有OY 步行到公交站10分钟内 房间内设施都很棒

房间非常大 床睡的很舒服

Cons:

我们住三楼 三楼电梯按钮坏了两天 跟前台说过两三次还是没维修 导致出行不太方便

Excellent stay as always. This hotel has always been our "go to" place to stay in Seoul.
Pros:

The staff are very attentive and extremely helpful to guests. The room are very clean and well taken care of. You can't beat the location of the hotel. It's right in the middle of everything you want to do.

Cons:

The sofa bed could have been more comfortable. It was a bit too firm for me.

Perfektes Juwel für eine Städtereise!
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, 2 Metro-Linien (4 und 2) fußläufig, großes Zimmer, tolles Bad, hochwertige Ausstattung (u.a. Dyson-Fön), täglich Wasserflaschen umsonst, große Betten, Nachtmarkt quasi vor der Tür, ebenso Restaurants, Supermärkte, diverse Shops, perfekt für eine Städtetour!!!! Sehr, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Alles war klasse. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln!

Pros:

Wonderful and warm service from the hotel staff. The hotel manager, Jay Kim, even left a handwritten note expressing appreciation for my continued stays—I always choose Hotel28 whenever I visit Seoul. A very nice gesture which I appreciate.
The location is excellent: close to Lotte Department Store, the airport limousine bus stop, Euljiro 1-ga subway station, and surrounded by plenty of shopping and dining options. Coin laundry service is also available within the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay at Myeongdong.
