ビジネス目的ならコンパクトで格安、ムダが無い
Pros:

ツインルーム(ツインベッド)希望だったので見つかって良かった。コンパクトで格安。
朝食があえて別料金なのが良い(結局頂きました)

Cons:

立地場所が良いので仕方ないが、あえていえば駐車場

連泊できてラッキーでした～。
Pros:

何度も利用してますので、使い慣れしてます。バスタブは小さくて狭いのですが、ベッドがセミダブル仕様なのでとてもゆったりしてますので、満足してます。今回は朝食は利用しませんが、何度か食べたけど美味しかったです。

Cons:

ひとりで宿泊するので不満は特にありませんが、やはりバスタブは狭いかな。

料金の安さで選んだホテルだったので、期待以上のコスパだったと思う。
Pros:

部屋の広さ、清潔感、等は良かったと思う。過ごしやすさを感じた。スタッフの対応も良かったと思う。
朝食も豪華とか珍しさとかはないけれど、朝食としては十分だと思う。

Cons:

バスルーム・トイレがちょっと狭く感じた。
テレビの見られる番組が少ない、せめてBSぐらい見られれば良かった。
朝刊のサービスがほしかった。
夜、喉が渇いたので一階の自販機に行ったら「故障中」の張り紙。故障はあることだけど代わりの対応がほしかった。

Cons:

お風呂が汚かったのが気になった。
バスタオルは2枚あるといいかと。
貸し出しのバリエーションが少なかった。ヘアアイロンがあれば良かった。

車、バイク旅には貴重
Pros:

バイクでの来訪です。
個人的所感ですが仙台には宿泊施設内にバイク駐輪場を設けていない所が多い中、こちらはタイミングが良かったのか敷地内（有料）に停められました。またGW期間中にも関わらず料金も安く、チェックアウト11:00も大変ありがたかったです。

Cons:

素泊まりが目的でしたが大浴場はありません。
また部屋の照明が暗く宿泊当日は昼夜暑かったにも関わらずエアコンの操作が一部制限されていました。
まぁ節電は分かるのですが。
