A place like home!
Pros:

Oh this place felt like home. It was absolutely amazing, clean, comfortable and beautiful. Room7 is amazing with an incredible view. The staff is really helpful, they left a welcoming basket with great things . Perfect location. Walking distance to all you need in Sintra. We loved it !

Cons:

We were very lucky and parked in front of the hotel but parking can be an issue.

Luxurious apartment in the historical centre
Pros:

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The master bedroom was stunning and the beds in both room so comfortable. The apartment was really spacious with a living room and separate dining table. The whole space is furnished beautifully and felt like a little piece of luxury. We were greeted by our friendly host who took time to explain all of the facilities and help us with travel info to Palace de Pena. We are travelling to a few places in Portugal so the washing machine was really handy. Having the facility to leave our baggage in lockers onsite also meant that we were able to make the most of our check out day. Fabulous property, we are so happy we stayed here and really recommend.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación. El interiorismo y la decoración de muy buen nivel. Todo muy limpio en la habitación, las camas super confortables, un detalle muy lindo fue la tarjeta de bienvenida personalizada y el pan que dejan en la puerta todos los días por la mañana. La chica chilena de la recepción increíblemente amable, súper linda. El lugar es perfecto para ir a descansar y disfrutar la habitación incluso si no quieres salir.

Cons:

El agua caliente se terminaba rápido considerando que el hospedaje fue para 4 personas. Un poco de ruido una de las noches por la "fiesta" de la terraza de un edificio cercano.

Superbe appartement lumineux et spacieux de 2 chambres, tres bien rénové, mais gardant le charme d’antan. Lits tres confortables. Panier d’accueil tres apprécié pour le petit-déjeuner.
A courte distance de marche des sites historiques et du centre, mais au calme.

Superb small hotel in the heart of Sintra
Pros:

It’s a superb small hotel, something in between a charming guest house and a quiet hotel. The location is excellent, the accommodation is very comfortable and it is quiet at night. Last but not least, the staff is amazing. They were always attentive and caring.

Cons:

I’m not a big fan of the room codes, but that is just me. I still prefer room cards or keys.

Excellent Experience
Pros:

There are many things to love about this place. The ability to video-conference an employee (at the sister location) at any time was very much appreciated. The people who were on site during the day were so incredibly nice. The room was clean, well designed, and had great A/C. They offered fresh bread every morning and left a "care package" in our room that my father loved. My mom felt pampered by the experience (even comparing the space to the Ritz), and she is not easy to please when staying away from home.

Great experience. Very good location. Quaint property.
Pros:

Lovely staff. Very helpful. The location is excellent. Everything is nearby. Nice interiors.

Cons:

The only one issue with the location of the property is that if one comes from Lisbon in an uber or bolt, then these cabs are not allowed till the property. We were dropped about 700m from the property and had to walk downhill with 4 large suitcases. We could have been informed in advance. We would have probably booked a local cab in that case.
