Abkassieren für Nix, Entgegenkommen gleich Null
Pros:

Anreise war unkompliziert, ich erkundigte mich nach den Frühstückszeiten und dem Frühstücksraum, bis hier war alles soweit in Ordnung! ABER....

Cons:

1. Zimmer waren kalt und im Bad KEINE HEIZUNG VORHANDEN
2. Als wir um 8:30 Uhr zum Frühstücken gehen wollten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, das wohl heute keine Brötchen gekommen
seien, und ein Mitarbeiter auch nicht zur Arbeit gekommen war.
Es war auch sonst nichts Hergerichtet im Frühstücksraum, uns wurde NICHTS angeboten.
Also gingen wir auf unsere Zimmer, wo JEWEILS NUR EINE TASSE stand, um mit einem Wasserkocher einen löslichen
Kaffee aufzubrühen, wohlbemerkt hatten wir 2!!DOPPELZIMMER gebucht.
3. Auf meine Bitte um die Erstattung des Frühstückpreises für immerhin 4Personen wurde ich auf booking.com verwiesen,
da ich ja über booking gebucht hatte.
4.Booking teilte mir nun mit, DASS ES KEINE EINIGUNG MIT DEM HOTEL GÄBE!! also kein entgegenkommen des
Gastgebers....
Also bekomme ich nur einen Teil des Frühstückspreises aus Kulanz von Booking wieder, leider!!
Wären es mehrere Nächte gewesen wäre ich zum Anwalt gegangen, so etwas ist nicht hinnehmbar!
FINGER WEG VON DIESEM HOTEL, DIENSTLEISTUNG GEHT ANDERS, und das sage ich, der seit mehr als 20Jahren in der Gastronomie tätig ist!
Nie wieder!!!

Cons:

Mali sme zakúpený pobyt s raňajkami ale kuchyňa bola zatvorená na poslednú chvíľu.
Neprofesionálne.Recepčná nás ráno odbila s tým že ju to mrzí,ale tak rozhodol šéf.
V Nemecku sa mi to stalo prvý krát!
Určite to už nenavštívim!!!!

Das Hotel ist zwar älter, aber man merkt, dass man sich hier Mühe gibt. Schon am Telefon wurde ich von einer super freundlichen Dame betreut. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig.. klar, der Teppich und die Einrichtung ist nicht neu, aber dafür gibt es ein modernes Bad und einen neuen TV.

Ich verstehe ehrlich gesagt nicht, warum es manche negative Bewertungen gibt. Man sieht ja von Anfang an, dass es kein neues Luxushotel ist und was man bucht und für den Preis muss ich meine Erwartungshaltung an die Substanz auch anpassen.

Und für den Preis ist das Angebot absolut top: sauber, großzügige Zimmer und ein sehr netter Service und Tiere sind wirklich willkommen und wurden mir nicht berechnet wie in den meisten anderen Häusern.

Gerade solche Häuser sollte man unterstützen viel zu viele traditionelle Hotels sind schon verschwunden.

Cons:

Vielleicht findet sich ja noch ein Pächter für Restaurant/Bar.. das würde den Charme komplettieren.
