My guest was relaxed and got upgraded to the executive room
Check in took long but in return they upgraded the room
We had a really great stay at Concord Suites and a big part of that was thanks to Marion. She kindly upgraded our room and went out of her way to help with all the smaller requests throughout our stay, which made a huge difference.
The room itself was spacious, comfortable and excellent value for money. Everything felt smooth and well looked after from start to finish.
Marion’s customer service was genuinely exceptional; warm, attentive and always willing to help. She made us feel really welcomed and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again.
The Concord Hotel is well located and extremely suitable for business travel. The suite was quiet, comfortable and well appointed.
Special mention must be made of the professional and efficient welcome and service of Rosaline at Reception. Her customer service was outstanding, and a credit to the Concord Hotel.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing.
The night duty receptionist refused to allow a visitor to come to my room for a few minutes unless I paid an additional USD 30, which is unacceptable.
I arrived only a few hours early, yet I was charged USD 30 for early check-in and USD 20 for breakfast, even though I clearly refused breakfast.
I left half a day early, but no refund or adjustment was offered despite the extra charges paid.
The breakfast quality was very poor, with insects observed on the fruit, which raises serious hygiene concerns.
Overall, the staff behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful.
The hotel claims to be 5-star on Booking.com, but there is no evidence of this standard — even the staff could not confirm or show any official rating.
I stayed at The Concord Hotel & Suites for 7 nights during a business trip. Overall, the hotel is good, but in my opinion, it does not meet the standards of a five-star hotel.
The staff were generally friendly and helpful. I would especially like to thank Rosalina at the reception for her excellent service and professionalism.
However, one thing I did not like was that every time I ordered food or drinks to the room, an extra charge of 200 Kenyan shillings was added to the bill. I don’t think this is reasonable and it was disappointing.

Umami Oriental Restaurant: The Asian fusion here is exceptional. Whether you’re in the mood for sushi or authentic Chinese dishes, the flavors are bold and the presentation is artful.
Bonhomie: This is the perfect spot for a more relaxed, continental gourmet experience. The terrace has a wonderful, airy atmosphere that is perfect for a long lunch or a business meeting.
Aer Lounge: For the best way to end an evening, head to the rooftop. The views of the Nairobi skyline at sunset are breath-taking, and the cocktail menu is expertly crafted.
Excellent Service & Amenities
The service is what truly sets this hotel apart. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to ensure every request is handled promptly and with a smile. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a high priority here.
The amenities are equally impressive. I highly recommend taking advantage of the indoor heated swimming pool—it’s a rare find in the city and perfect for a relaxing dip regardless of the weather. For those who like to keep up with their fitness routine, the gym and health club are well-equipped and maintained to a very high standard. After a workout, the sauna and spa services offer a perfect way to rejuvenate.
