It’s my second time being a guest in Concord, actually i like their rooms they are suspicious, the smell is so good.
The erros i saw this time, from Room Servicing, Breakfast..
i did complaints to the reception about the three things that they must work on to improve.
The room upgrade without stress
Merion at the reception was helpful in making me familiar with the city which made my commute quite easy.
She was always courteous, polite & smiling.
Breakfast was well managed by the restaurant team.

O quarto é grande, a cama confortável, o resraurante é ótimo e a equipe atenciosa.
O hotel pode ser considerado 3 estrelas, diferente do anúncio. O chuveiro não é muito bom, o secador de cabelo nao funciona, piscina estava em reforma e ocorreu uma situação bem atípica comigo, eu estava viajando sozinha e um rapaz da equipe do hotel bateu as 22:30 para entregar toalhas, mesmo sem eu ter solicitado, achei inapropriado e fiquei me sentindo insegura devido ao horário.
