Pros:

This was an excellent hotel in Pokhara! The bed and pillows were super comfortable and clean. They had in room snacks that were reasonably priced. Tea kettle worked great. Hot water was prompt- bonus. I guess that makes them pretty eco friendly compared to other places where it had to run for 10 minutes before a warm shower was possible. All staff members were helpful and kind and made me feel valued as a guest. The price was a was good and the location is excellent and very safe.

Great loication and awesome view of Pewa Lake
Pros:

Awesome view of Pewa Lake from room and balcony, with basic facilities. The only issue was that we did not have hot shower water. We asked for assistance with the hot water but the staff who came up to check did not follow through. No daily house keeping too, which was not to much as issue since we stayed only for 2 nights.

Pleasant stay during Tihar
Pros:

Hotel has fantastic Phewa Lake views from the upper floors and many good local restaurants, as well as easy lakefront access. It's at the northeast side of the lake, a bit removed from the popular southeast side -- but it makes for a pleasant walk along the lakeshore to get to get Annapurna mountain views. We were there for Tihar(Diwali), which brought abundant street performers and color -- a great time to be in Pokhara. The hotel staff were great. The rooftop restaurant needs more advertising to compete with many lakeside restaurants -- has great potential. Room was clean with fantastic view, but mothballs in the bath drain were a bit odd -- possibly to prevent insects. Great stay, would recommend.

Pros:

The hotel was okay, although many of the things advertised were not available such as a kettle, and the size of the room was different from what we were promised. For 2 days there was no hot water - which wasn't great. Overall the service was up and down, some days great some day none-existant.
