大浴場からの浅間山が大きく目の前に見える。これだけでも一見の価値あり！

Pros:

部屋のトイレと床の汚れが気になりました。
大浴場は広さも十分で清潔感があり、快適です。
フロントの対応も親切丁寧でまた利用したいと思っています。

自然に囲まれてリフレッシュできました。
Pros:

自然に囲まれて見晴らしがよくリフレッシュできました。
スタッフの方も適度なサービスで良かったです。
大浴場からの眺めも素晴らしい。温泉ならなお良いです。
ただ夕食のレストランは事前予約でメニューまで指定する
必要があることをチェックイン時知りました。
周囲にレストラン等ありますが徒歩は大変なので車が便利です。

ショッピングプラザ等へ行く軽井沢旅行にオススメなホテル
Pros:

一人で二泊させていただきました。
日帰りでも良かったのですが、軽井沢までせっかく行くなら1泊・・・いや2泊して大きなお風呂を楽しもうと決めてホテルを探しました。
お部屋はツインのシングルユースでしたが、広々としていて寛げます。
夕食もお願いしたかったのですが、やはり一人なので簡単に済ませることにしてしまいました。
朝食はビュッフェに行きました。フツーのメニューが一通り揃っていて便利です。
お風呂は効能のある温泉ではありませんが、
広くて気持ちの良いホテルで大満足でした。

Big room, old hotel
Pros:

Photos look good so I booked this hotel. When I stayed there, the room was big but old and not clean. Its more like a big hostel than a hotel. And it is quite remote and not close to the sightseeing area of Karuizawa
