Unglaublich liebes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal: wir haben uns so willkommen gefühlt, vielen Dank.
Es gab Kuchen zum Frühstück, aber diesen kann man gerne gegen Sandwiches tauschen und auch nach Eiern fragen, wenn man, wie wir als Deutsche dieses süße Frühstück nicht gewohnt sind. Und wenn man mit einer Erkältung anreist, bekommt man sogar einen Wasserkocher und Tee aufs Zimmer. Wir waren begeistert.
The Hotel is a lovely old property with a genteel atmosphere. The staff are very attentive and helpful and the whole place has a pleasant feel. The Quiral is very well located near the University sector and is within easy walking distance to the nearest Metro station, and to Little Italy and its wonderful restaurants.
Charmant petit hôtel dans quartier paisible. La chambre ainsi que les aires communes étaient propres. Literie très confortable et chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux. Tout le personnel était attentionné et courtois. Parfaitement situé pour explorer Santiago. Établissement chaudement recommandé sans aucune hésitation.
