It was a beautiful old building lovingly cared for with antique furniture scattered around. Communication prior to arrival was efficient and they arranged an airport pick up for us. Our room was spacious, attractive and spotless. It’s very well located just minutes from some superb restaurants and their breakfast is also very good indeed. What made it for us was the charming staff who were so friendly, helpful with recommendations and interesting to chat too also. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wspanialy hotel w starym pieknym domu. Duzo oryginalnych elementow wyposazenia, np piekne drewniane podlogi. Swietna lokalizacja, w bezpiecznej, spokojnej dzielnicy Santiago, a rownoczesnie blisko do starego miasta i lotniska. Kawiarenki, restauracje, sklepiki w poblizu. I przede wszystkim cudowny personel. Bylismy w hotelu 3 razy i za trzecim razem, kiedy taksowka podjezdzala pod hotel, cieszylismy sie, jakbysmy wracali do domu. Atmosfera rodzinna. Polecam!Mam nadzieje, ze los pozwoli nam wrocic do Chile i znowu zamieszkac w tym hotelu.

All the staff of this hotel provide excellent service. They each went above and beyond to respond to our every need. Very comfortable beds and great location near underground to centre and Barrio Italia restaurants
Quiral team was very attentive and did their best to make our stay amazing! It is not the newest building, but overall the vibe is authentic, charming and cozy. And it no request was left unattended.

Situated in the very cool, safe and interesting Barrio Italia district with lots of great restaurants, bars and alternative shops. The hotel itself is in an old mansion. Our room was very cute and large and comfortable. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh and very good coffee. Close to metro and buses and not even that far to walk into town centre.
As with many South American hotels, only given water the first night. Water was available in the lobby but never refilled. Given how cheap bottled water is, is it that hard to provide some? Our room was at the back and the light in the staff area next to it was on all night which was annoying.
Very helpful staff and lovely en-suite room.
