lo que mas me gusto fue el personal, muy amables la señora Susana y la persona que hace el turno de noche que lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre son muy amables un lujo ellos todos mis respetos
necesitaba trabajar y me hizo falta un escritorio, solo eso.
Gostamos de tudo, mas com certeza a hospitalidade, a simpatia, atenção e solicitude dos funcionários e do dono é o destaque! Todos muito amáveis. A casa é linda, sua ambientação é encantadora. Café da manhã gostoso. Quarto confortável, bem climatizado, cama, travesseiros e lençóis excelentes. Localização ótima, bem pertinho da Rua Itália com muitos restaurantes e bares, além da proximidade com o metrô e outros pontos turísticos em um raio de 1km.
O hotel ainda oferece água constante para hóspedes. Nota 1000 em hospitalidade ❤️
No banheiro já poderia ser box de vidro, uma adaptação simples, mas ainda são cortinas. Apesar de compreendermos o grande trabalho em manter uma casa daquelas, a manutenção da limpeza dos vidros (que são muitos) merece atenção.

O quarto é super aconchegante e o local dá uma sensação familiar . O atendimento deles é excelente . Café da manhã é ótimo, eles adequam o café de acordo com horário da saída dos passeios, preparam sempre um lanchinho para levarmos. O quarto é aconchegante , cama confortável , chuveiro funciona super bem. Gostamos muito da localização. Indicamos e voltando ficaríamos no mesmo hotel. Gratidão a todos colaboradores . 💜🇨🇱🇧🇷
Lo mejor fue que el lugar cuenta con todas las comidas... desayuno, almuerzo, once y cena, no hubo que movernos del lugar junto a mi mamá adulta mayor, fue el mejor acierto,. Lo otro muy destacable es la excelente atención de todo el personal, amabilidad y empatía, estamos agradecidos de ellos. Demasiado recomendable el lugar, seguro, cómodo, bien ubicado, acogedor, se siente muy hogareño. Éxitos.
This hotel is amazing. A small, cozy & charming hotel in a very safe area surrounded by restaurants and bars. The staff were amazing, and the complimentary breakfast in the charming restaurant with the lovely staff ended up being one of our favourite parts of the entire holiday. Thankyou to the staff for the warm Chilean hospitality. Staying at this hotel will elevate your holiday.
A senhora Evelin, Daniel e todo o pessoal do hotel foram muito gentil e prestativos. Nota 10 para eles.
Gostei do quarto, era espaçoso e a cama era muito confortável.
O café da manhã foi muito bom, eles serviam na mesa e sempre tinha fruta variadas, iogurte, pão, bebida quente , uma sobremesa muito boa (sempre era variada), no último dia ofereceram ovos mexidos muito saborosos.
A localização é ótima, perto da rua Itália.
Eles aí tem uma cafeterías boa, oferecem algumas opções para o jantar.
O hotel é uma casa antiga, mas charnosa. Arrumaram todos os dias o quarto e trocaram as toalhas.
Como fui no inverno teve alguns dias que a água do chuveiro não aquecia bem, e o ralo era aberto pelo que saia odores., quarto 204.
O ar-condicionado não aquecia muito bem mesmo colocando em 30°C, nessa semana tivemos temperaturas de 5 graus. Mas mesmo assim tinha várias cobertas que me ajudaram a ficar aquecida.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quiral Hotel Boutique. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel like you are part of the family. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable, and we would highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed the homely feel it gave and the breakfasts were delicious, especially the different cakes every morning! The bed was also incredibly comfortable. Thank you so much.
