Cleanliness and staff's service
Food need more variety. Coffee run out at one time during breakfast
Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well.

I like the staff they are friendly and nice and the complementary massage was really nice she was so professional.the food was nice and the breakfast was superd. And it was pet friendly as well
The Key card room not working properly, the phone and the TV was not working in our room.

It is so hard to reach the staff and have your request/s done right away. It always needed to be followed up
the staff we’re friendly and accommodating
incomplete toiletries. no toothbrush set provided. we even had to call and ask for bath towels and they gave us only 2 towels, considering the room was for 4 pax.
Only the swimming pool
1. Air conditioning unit not enough to cool down the room .
2. The furniture is very old requied replacement and need room full renovation.
3. Too many insects in the room and out side the room , big Gecko inside room and in the terrace.
4. No towels in toilet
5. No hair dryer in the room
6. Not able to sit in terrace due to a lot of big Gecko 😕
7. Even late arrival, the room still not ready
8. More ants 🐜 inside the bedding and more marks in this bedding , it looks very old
9. WiFi not stable, every time need login and not available everywhere.
