The tv didnt work since i check in till i check out

no elevator and no designated parking lot,aircon is not enough cold,water in shower is to slow!

Web site plyed it up a LOT better than what it was. No problems with the staff. They were great.

Close to everything that i want to go but the problem is doesn’t have the elevator.We stayed at the 3rd floor.But the staff are very helpful.

Good people, but; 1. I killed at least 10 cockroaches (1 night), 2. A rat tried knawing through the back door all night, 3. We could hear the cockroaches in the walls when we turned lights off, 4. No elevator,, 5. Very low water pressure at kitchen sink.

Amazing.started as a 2 day visit that got xtended due to sickness. The staff was wery helpfull all the way.

The area gives easy acsess to manila to xplore and conviniently close to the airport.

This hotel have wery clean bathrooms / rooms one of the better iv been whit.

There is a lot of bars and strip clubs for those who like that and there is easy acsess to churches the other way.

There is somthing for everyone here, just around the corner

Not what i expected for the price. Decent and clean thought

Staff were super nice and accommodating. Room was clean and felt safe. Didn’t mind the stairs it’s a good exercise

There was no elevator but my room was 5th floor.
TV controller was broken

This was a good hotel with fantastic staff. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and willing to take time to help. Room was very clean, in a good neighborhood with friendly local people. I found the stay pleasant, enjoyed the time. Only negative is the noise from outside but I enjoyed the atmosphere enough that the noise was not an issue

ベッドが小さくていままで泊まったホテルの中で1番小さかった　料金に見合った部屋の基準がよくわからなかったけどいろいろ無意味で悪くはないただし静かな部屋を希望する方にはここはお勧めいたしませんかなり外がうるさかったです

The room was very old and filthy, and it was very painful because of the noise of the automobile

Fine for our two-night stay. Convenient location to both Mall of Asia and airport. Staff was most helpful to arrange transport to both.

Ich habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil die Bilder bei Expedia gut aussahen und die Lage beim Flughafen günstig ist. Leider entsprechen die Bilder auf der Website in keiner Weise der Realität. Die Zimmer sind winzig und das Mobiliar ist abgewohnt - selbst für philippinische Verhältnisse. Noch dazu ist die Gegend wenig vertrauenserweckend. Nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit wollte ich da nicht allein draußen unterwegs sein.

Einzig das überaus freundliche Personal vermag zu überzeugen.

Einen weiteren gebuchten Aufenthalt habe ich aber nach Abreise sofort storniert. Da fahre ich lieber etwas länger zum Flughafen, als mir das nochmal anzutun.

The staff were lovely, they did their best and were professional. This property is in alley way, a part of town that seems undesirable - bars, clubs. We saw a man slumped over next to a bldg when getting dropped off. Bathroom was tiny- no toilet paper, shower & toilet area shares the same space. Not sure where excellent reviews are coming from- the place is a dive!!
