Meaningful holidays at this open-view hotel
Pros:

I stayed at this wonderful hotel between Jan 3-5, 2020. The roon is spacious. I believe it's at over 38 sq.m. with one king bedroom and two single beds (probably using them as relax sofas for viewing the Bhaktapur city).

The hotel sits on the hill allowing the great wide view from both your room's relaxing beds and its open-view restaurant.

Considered the room rate, this hotel is super value-for-money.

Location wise, it's an easy 25-min to Bhaktapur's old town and durbar square, with lots of Nepalese back-street gem of small temples.

During my stay, I got food poisoning (a common tourists' sickness in Nepal) from a street food in Kathmandu. The situation was bad, but when I informed the hotel's ownwr, Mr. Shreen, he and all his team were extremely helpful. He drove me to the most trusted public health center in Bhaktapur city. The doctor n nurses there were professional and treated me immediately.

It took us around 3 hours at the emergency ward. Mr. Shreen was there all the times awaiting salines to finish, and doctor released me. He drove me back to the hotel.

I felt much much better the next morning and continue my journey sightseeing the magnificent Bhaktapur.

Shreen and his entire team are the one to salute on making any visitors the best holiday ever whilst staying with them.

I 100% recommend this hotel to all kind of holiday makers. =)

Great Stay!
Pros:

Spacious, comfortable rooms, super helpful friendly staff. Best of all is being a little above and beyond the noise and bustle. You will love the quiet, the cleaner air, and the amazing view of entire Bhaktapur city, valley, and Himalayas.

Pros:

Hands down the best hotel experience we had in Nepal. This is a family-run establishment where every aspect of the experience has been thought about. Rooms are clean and beautifully furnished, views are spectacular, food is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed three nights and were treated like family. We had a hard time leaving! The location too is great — close enough to walk to Durbar Square but far enough to be a refuge from the noise and dust of traffic, and the walk to town is a slice of real Nepali life, with few if any tourists around.

Good location on the hills overlooking Bhaktapur. It takes about 25 mins to walk into the city. Hotel built in 2014. Our room was large and well provided. Hotel staff very friendly. Simple menu.

A Dream Place to Stay
Pros:

I had booked two rooms for 3 adults based on almost no information. We arrived after a long "under construction drive" from Chitwan (in our American Toyota 4Runner with me doing the driving), were greeted by almost the entire staff at the gate, welcomed in, and made to feel as if this was our home.
The following morning the manager/owner, Shree, introduced himself. Asked if there was anything he could do for us. He noted that he would set up a guided tour of Bhaktapur for us. We hesitated and then said, "Yes". This was one of the best "yeses" we have made in our 13 months of traveling. We didn't know it at the time but Shree was to acted as our guide and what a great guide he is.
We extended our 4 night stay to 5 nights, used Shree two more times as a guide, and then had him provide us a guide in Kathmandu on our first full day in Kathmandu.
We ate all our meals at the Paradise and never tired of the food. My favorite desert is the local yogurt -- better than M&M almonds. Breakfast was served outdoors in the shade (summer sun can get hot) and was great.
We know we didn't take full advantage of our stay because everyday the staff provided something better for us than the previous day.
All three of us highly recommend Hotel Paradise.

Pros:

Walking distance to the fascinating Bhaktapur downtown but removed enough to be a welcome retreat. Being a bit up a hill (with great views of the city and beyond) is to escape the noise and urban exhaust. Staff exceptional and room large, clean, and comfortable.

Makes you want to keep coming back!
Pros:

Our last night at Nepal during our 5 day trip was at Bhaktapur and it was nothing short of perfection. The credit goes to Shree & his team for their hospitality. From the tasteful interiors to the view of the himalayan range; this is the place to head for some R&R away from the bustling city.
The rooms were decorated beautifully and were clean with a personal touch of traditional Nepali footwear as room slippers. We were served masala tea at the garden and opted to have breakfast in the rooftop with the gorgeous view.
Our walk to the Bhaktapur heritage site took 20 minutes and Shree's wife helped us maneuver the winding roads while giving us the background story. But as our group got split, Shree came back to look for us which says alot about their sincerity.
I plan on coming back to stay at this hotel and use Shree's services for hiking and tours in the future.
Also, if you have one day to spend at Kathmandu, you're better off staying at Bhaktapur - its near to the airport and major sight seeing areas with view of the mountains.

Beautiful Hotel an easy walk from old Bhaktaper...
Pros:

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's new, super clean, safe, and has nice views of bhaktaper.

The staff were helpful and i felt very welcome.

It is about a 20 minute walk from the historic part of bhaktaper but I found the walk a good chance to observe the day to day life of the locals.

You get much better value for your money staying outside of old bhaktaper and I also felt safer from earthquakes as the Bhaktaper Paradise Hotel is a new construction and doesn't have any other buildings around that could fall on it. Not to be paranoid or anything but there was an earthquake in Kathmandu (5.2) while I was there...just something to think about.

This hotel isn't right in the heart of old Bhaktaper but I'd still stay there in a heartbeat because the rooms were so nice.
