ตัวของโรงแรมเข้าไปในซอย ไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับอยู่ตลอดเวลา ถ้ามาเข้าพักตอนดึกๆ จะเจอแต่คนเฝ้า ขอหมอน หรือผ้าขนหนูเพิ่มไม่ได้ ประตูด้านหน้าทางเข้ามีเครื่องคีย์การ์ด แต่ไม่ได้เปิดใช้ จองไว้ว่านอน 3 คน แต่มีผ้าขนหนูให้แค่ 2 ชุด หมอน 2 ใบ น้ำ 2 ขวด ราคาห้องที่ระบุไว้หน้าฟร้อนแค่ 550 บาท แต่จองผ่านเวป 650 บาท แจ้งว่ามีส่วนลดแต่จ่ายเงินเต็มจำนวนไม่มีส่วนลดอะไร
