A convenient location to stay!
Pros:

It is conveniently located very near Nagoya station. With departmental store Takashimaya, huge underground shopping and dining area called Esca. You can find most of what you need here. Several popular unagi restaurants are 2-10 mins walk away. Yoshinoya is really around the corner 2 mins away. Bic Camera is across the little lane less than 1 min. Many dining options all around this hotel. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Cons:

There's a lot of construction work happening around Nagoya station during my stay. The room is small with small bathroom. The type that is fitted in. It's very common in Japan city hotels, going to the bathroom is stepping up to enter and stepping down to get out... But it's very clean and new. I like firm beds. The bed is a bit squeaky and soft.

房間小(日本市區的旅館都是如此)，可該有的都有；大致算是乾淨。床頭有插座，桌上置符合各型接頭的充電線。

地點方便易達。
Pros:

地點非常方便，入住退房都非常迅速，前往車站的路途也不會太遙遠。旁邊有大型電器商場，地下街有藥妝跟服飾店，後方有拉麵唐揚雞。原本是為了夜巴下車地點而訂，後來改搭電車出站也不會太難找，推一大一小行李還可接受。雖然只有提供一瓶水，但有販賣機跟免費冰塊可取用。

Cons:

房內燈光太過昏暗，床鋪稍微硬一點點。

Pros:

朝食は和食が充実してて良かったです。私は洋食を食べましたが、種類も豊富でした。ドリンクバーは便利です。珈琲、紅茶もあり　朝食の時の珈琲は美味しかったです。

部屋は狭いしトイレとお風呂が一緒は嫌でした。

Pros:

まず駅から近くでびっくりしました。
ベッドも広く寝心地が良かったし、他の部屋の音が聞こえずよく眠れました。

Cons:

たまたまだったのかもしれませんが、バスのお湯の溜まり方が少し遅かったです。

連泊でなければ良いと思いますが、連泊で朝食込みとなると他のホテル（東横INN）を選択した方が良い。
Cons:

今回、仕事の関係で14日間宿泊しました。朝食込みで予約をしましたが、朝食のメニューは毎日100％同じだったので、他のホテルのように、３種類くらいのメニューを準備した方が良い。メニュー内容は良いのですが、毎日全く同じとなると飽きます。

周りのことを気にしないのであればとても良い宿泊。

Cons:

これはどうしようも無いところですが
残念だな、と思った点で言うと、
壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の声や水を流す音がよく聞こえていた事でした。
