Pros:

Street dogs in the street. You cannot get out at night for a walk. You need to have a car. Actually, one night the dogs were just waiting in front of the hotel entrance to attact hotel guest. This is general problem. If you stay at other hotels in the same street, you will not be able to get out at night unless you have car

Small, functional, value for money, clean hotel
Pros:

The hotel was exactly as per the details on the website. Very functional with all basic needs met; clean; value for money. It is slightly outside the centre of the city, directly opposite the Mukdahan tower. The area around has some massage joints and restaurants, 7/ 11 is about a km away. You need a vehicle to get to any of the other sights in the city.
