Ottima struttura, in posizione centralissima.
Pros:

Pulizia delle stanze, grandezza delle stanze, bei bagni, silenziose nonostante la posizione, cortesia del oersonale

Cons:

Più che qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto direi uno spunto di miglioramento ulteriore: sarebbe bello ci fosse un piccolo piano ad induzione nel cucinino (magari c'era e io non l' ho visto).

rooms were clean and very comfortable, location was super, and many many more.

Cons:

Bellissima posizione, bella struttura ma....

Devo dire che la posizione è meravigliosa. E' stato un privilegio soggiornare in una struttura con il Castello Sforzesco fuori dalla porta. Elegante e raffinata la struttura, pulita e silenziosa. Molto bello l' angolo scrittura che poche strutture hanno. Un tocco di colore nelle stanze non sarebbe male visto che ce n'è traccia negli spazi comuni.

Cons:

Cosa non mi è piaciuto,? Il fatto che mi sia stato imposto un check in alle 14:30 ...senza averlo potuto scegliere. Per fortuna quando sono arrivata la signora alla reception era presente in struttura e mi ha aperto

Pagare 160,00 euro per non poter scegliere l' orario, chiedere quali siano le attività teatrali o eventi in loco ma non ricevere risposta, entrare in struttura con il sorriso ma essere accolta " non proprio caldamente"...questo per un cliente fa la differenza, per un imprenditore/ albergatore è un dovere.
