Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Colorado City/I-20

This hotel does not exist!! The location has recently changed names/management and does not honor reservations from the app. I had booked a non-refundable room but was able to get a refund given the circumstances.

This isn't a Studio 6 anymore. It's a Days Inn. If you book here, when you arrive you will not have a reservation. Good luck getting any help from the front desk. I had to go through customer service for a refund.

I forgot a medicine at the room

I was there fishing a local lake when I got news that my father had passed, this was at 1pm. I called the hotel right away and asked for a early check out for a day credit, the receptionist said she would ask her manager. By the time I got off the lake and checked out it was 2:30pm. The manager said sorry since it was after 2pm she would have to charge me for another night. I will never stay at this hotel chain ever again, being a corporate pilot I stay in hundred’s of hotels a year. And since hotels.com will continue to advertise for this chain can’t use them anymore either!! Treat people like crap, lose my business!

Excellent price for the stay. No frills but mostly clean and staff was very helpful.

This was a very nice and clean motel. I enjoyed my stay.

There was a dirty cleaning towel left hanging on closet door. Vending machines were not working.

Checked in first room toilet broke no faucet in tube to run water no hot water so she transferred us to different room that room toilet was broke then door keys didn’t work again no hot water! Called front desk she said I’ll move Iu again I said no cause we already unpacked and packed again staff was not friendly at all acted as we where an inconvenience! Had to stay another night was put in another room no hot water and room was very dusty

Room was nice and set up for extended stay. Staff very nice and cordial. Hotel is used by construction workers so stair were dirty but we were hunting so our boots weren’t that clean either. Over all nice. No breakfast wasn’t a deal breaker because we were gone in the morning anyway. Not many guest so parking wasn’t an issue.

Tv had problems, our bedsheet was stained and so were the pillows, and our coffee pot did not work either. Other than that our stay was good.

For a discount hotel this was pretty nice. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned so we were moved to a new room which was very clean. The room was a bit small but loved having the kitchenette with full size fridge. The bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. For the price we couldn’t really complain.
