The way the AC kicked off
It was clean
The toilet paper roll was broken, the remote did not work and the breakfast was bad. No flexible options, I have 2 food allergies, dairy and ham. You ruined the eggs by making them omelettes, and should just stick to simple sausage. My biggest complaint is all of the hidden fees. I paid $50 more than expected.

The treadmill did not work, the bathroom door was stuck and there were spots on the walls .
Super easy to find. Lots of parking. Lots of things to do close to the hotel.
The airport shuttle from ICT was great! Breakfast was just OK. Eggs were reconstituted and not fresh eggs. Bagels were not cut, so you had to cut them in half to toast them. There were a lot of other offerings though. Staff was friendly and helpful, but not always available at the front desk.

We enjoyed a very relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly and the room was excellent.

The pool was a warm pool so it wasn’t very “refreshing” after hot days at the baseball fields but if that’s my only complaint that’s pretty good!
Between booking.com and Hampton Inn, didn’t have my reservation and they are having difficulty getting me a refund.

Pool access until midnight kept kids entertained.
Breakfast was not that good. Eggs were watery and meat choices were very cheap quality. Good waffles but not enough drink choices in the dispenser very diluted by water.
