Pros:

The staff was awesome, the room was big, nice and clean and the complementary breakfast was really good with good selection.

Cons:

We didnt like the bathroom doors as they dont provide much privacy and the view from one of our rooms (217) was terrible as it looked straight into the back of a wall.

Pros:

The night staff was great, very friendly. It was nice being by the highway because we were in a volleyball tournament

Cons:

All of the electric plugs need to be replaced. When you plugged anything in, the plug would not stay and is an electric hazard

Would never stay here
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Did not even stay at this hotel but glad we didn’t because staff, especially the front desk manager, Lisa was not helpful at all. And is also very rude. She approved for a cancellation fee to be waived when I talked with her IN PERSON but ended up still being charged. When I called to get it resolved, she said she nver said that and has given me the run around. Poor customer service!

Great. Iwould stay there again
Pros:

I left too early for breakfast. Everyone was very kind and accommadating. It was comfortable and both gentlemen who shuttled me to and from the airport were very kind.

Cons:

It was all good.

just disappointed i expected more from this chain

i liked the room and bed

Cons:

The breakfast wasnt what i expected and neither was the sevice of the staff our first day there our room was not cleaned nor our towels refreshed i specificall asked for a bench for the shower was told they had one and when i got there was told they had none. Also i would like your chain to get away from bathtubs they should just be showers Tub showers are difficult for some to step over

It was a great hotel to stay at near the airport!
Pros:

I needed a room near the airport, and this was perfect. The room was very nice and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was early enough that I could grab something before my flight.

Cons:

Everything went well. It was clean and comfortable.
