The staff was exceptional and the stay was awesome

Great room, quite rooms
Pros:

The cleanliness and staff

Cons:

That the rooms didn’t have a menu for the restaurant or coffee in it. It would have been nice to see what there was before going. Our son is autistic and picky eater so preparing him for options before going would have been beneficial.

Pros:

Beds were comfy

Cons:

The refrigerator was TOO small.Had to throw food away
Couldn't adjust the heat because it was cold .
Asked for extra pillows and blankets and did not get them
Too many public people are wondering about the build. Have to walk through the lobby , restaurant and front desk to get to the pool

I liked the location.

Cons:

The pictures were very deceiving, online when I booked it looked like the room had more room, but when I got in the room it was just a normal size hotel room to me.

We stayed at this hotel before and each time it was clean quiet and the staff was friendly

Cons:

On the first day, the front desk staff gave us the wrong room. While we were in the room, another guest opened the door, and that’s when we realized she had made a mistake. That was very bad experience .

Very pleasant!
Pros:

The stay was very nice clean rooms, friendly staff. The rooftop was very nice and clean that was a plus in our stay.

We wish the rooftop hours were longer 24hrs access would be awesome!
