Pros:

the room was large, nice lake view, good air conditioning, good shower. nice outdoor balcony. clean. the staff were super friendly throughout - from cleaners to counter staff to servers. location is perfect. free parking is a bonus. no direct beach access but it's less than 4 minutes away to the public access. and the room rate is "very" reasonable given the location, time of year, etc.

Cons:

room is dark because of the patio's overhanging design. quite poor soundproofing (wooden structure? you can hear a lot of movement in the rooms above). the tiny fridge was a bit peculiar, with some issues on being on (at all) or cold enough. THERE IS NO SAFE in the room, and we didn't find a hair dryer, either.

I'm not 100% sure I would choose this hotel again
Pros:

I liked that it was easy access to the strip

Cons:

The woman at the coffee bar was not the friendliest. The hallways smelled musty snd the room.

Perfect location, very nice rooms and very clean

Cons:

Thursday through the weekend they jack the rates ridiculously.
I know everybody does it, supply and demand, but it makes it very difficult if you want to stay during those times

Outstanding hotel
Pros:

Our room was huge and clean. Hotel has a great restaurant where we ate lunch and breakfast the next day. Nice bar area. Amazing views. Truly a gem.
