On the first day, the front desk staff gave us the wrong room. While we were in the room, another guest opened the door, and that’s when we realized she had made a mistake. That was very bad experience .

Very enjoyable.
Pros:

The room was very clean and bright. We had a room with a balcony and we could see the lake across the street. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very pleasant!
Pros:

The stay was very nice clean rooms, friendly staff. The rooftop was very nice and clean that was a plus in our stay.

Cons:

We wish the rooftop hours were longer 24hrs access would be awesome!

I really enjoyed it

It was a very comfortable place to stay, unfortunately the rooftop was closed bc it’s winter… but everything else was good and the pool was very nice and clean too!

Cons:

For the price I think it would be really nice if they offered at least a small breakfast!

Nice room but still very oldish with carpet on the floors! When are all hotels going to update this horrible disgusting carpets?
