Pros:

Everything was great! Location, room, breakfast...but mostly the staff! They were so welcoming and gracious. Mai did an awesome job of arranging our day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Pros:

Pros:

front desk is very friendly and professional, specially Ms.Nhung Le (Rosie).
checkin presentation also is great experience
The window is mirror during the night and it can see it through to ourside during the day.
Breakfast is great.

Cons:

A little bit pricey since i am on my business trip which is paid by company budget

The staff. The staff. Excellence in customer experience
Pros:

The star of the show is the staff. Each and everyone were friendly, accommodating and goes out of their way to help.

The properties location is excellent. It’s in the old corner and very close to all the major attractions that the old quarter can offer. The property is located in a less busy street. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the hotel has all the amenities.

Cons:

Not the fault of the property but be prepared for sporadic construction. That’s just Hanoi.

Wonderful, definitely recommend and will visit again if in Hanoi.
Pros:

I loved everything about my stay at O’Gallery hotel in Hanoi. Rosie got in touch with me before I arrived, arranged an early check-in with massage and breakfast and when I arrived she and the staff made me feel so welcome. Rosie gave me tips where to go as it was during Tet - all very well thought of.

Cons:

Cozy and very central hotel in Old Quarter but despite the hustle and bustle of the area the room was quiet, clean and spacious and I managed to relax.

Pros:

O'Gallery Premier, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It's in the Old Quarter. So everything is close by. Rooms are very good and clean. The staff are extra attentive, very kind, always ready to help with anything. A special shout out to Anna in the Dining area, Mai in the reception, Leena, Louisa all soooooo pretty, so helpful, so cheerful. I wish the entire team the very best.

הצוות כולו ובעיקר אחראית חדר אוכל, שהביאה לנו כל יום במיוחד יוגורט ללא סוכר. המקלחת מצוינת גדולה ונעימה.
