Had an amazing stay at O'Gallery Premium Hotel & Spa! The hospitality was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel truly welcome. The spa experience was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est à la fois compétent, professionnel et absolument adorable. Une mention toute particulière pour notre hôtesse Rosie, qui a été exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour.

Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, avec des produits de qualité et un large choix. Nous avons également eu la agréable surprise d’être surclassés, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus mémorable.

La literie est excellente, très confortable, idéale pour bien se reposer.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

From the moment you arrive, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Every interaction is warm, genuine, and attentive.
One moment that really stood out—at breakfast, a staff member asked how I slept. I mentioned I didn’t sleep well, and within minutes they called my room offering to move me so I’d be more comfortable. That level of care is rare and very much appreciated.

The kindness and attention to detail have been consistent throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

We spent 4 nights in O'Gallery Hotel in Hanoi and from the moment I booked with them they gave the best customer service. Rosie replied to my every question, and when we arrived she was very welcoming and accomadating, even teaching us a few needed Vietnamese words. The other staff where great too but Rosie gave us a very warm feeling. The beds where comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect in the old quarter. Thanks we will be back..

Everything was great! Location, room, breakfast...but mostly the staff! They were so welcoming and gracious. Mai did an awesome job of arranging our day trips to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

An excellent hotel close to the French Quarter. Great location with an adundance shops and restaurants. Just a ten minute walk to the Cathedral and Train Street. The staff at this hotel make it a great experience. Rosie-le helped us with all our tour planning and advice for restaurants. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Very nice rooms with nice decor. Next time I would ensure we booked a room with a view out of the window though. Breakfast was wonderful with an extensive breakfast plus cooked items from a menu. A really enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time at the O'gallery hotel. The highlight have been the great service - the staff was so friendly and open to our requests and questions. They seemed to recognize us every time we went by the reception, which was nice. Such lovely people.
The rooms were great. Clean, spacious, comfortable, and with great shower.
Breakfast was nice and had a lot of different things to choose from, especially the omelet and the fresh fruit selection was really good.
We also had some spa treatments in thw hotel spa O'spa during our stay, which was absolutely wonderful. Great massage, scrub, and facial in a calm atmosphere with lovely smells and music. A nice break from the busy streets.
The location was really great, everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, so we were very happy with the choice of location.

The hotel staff were a standout, attentive, helpful and very accommodating. Was even allowed to comeback for a shower before my flight after checking out

The hotel is centered within easy walking distance of the majority of all attractions.

I would Thao and Anna for the exceptional service at the buffet, it almost made us feel like a fine dining .
Rosie at front desk is also very helpful and so so courteous
