I loved everything about my stay at O’Gallery hotel in Hanoi. Rosie got in touch with me before I arrived, arranged an early check-in with massage and breakfast and when I arrived she and the staff made me feel so welcome. Rosie gave me tips where to go as it was during Tet - all very well thought of.

The staff are extra attentive, very kind, always ready to help with anything. A special shout out to Anna in the Dining area, Mai in the reception, Leena, Louisa all soooooo pretty, so helpful, so cheerful. I wish the entire team the very best.

Anna, Tom, Nina and Daisy/Rosie and the rest of the hotel staff were amazing hosts. They helped us with everything we could have needed, including restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is very conveniently located and all tour operators pick you up right outside the hotel. The hotel will also book tours for you at very reasonable rates. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel! The staff are wonderful, helpful, polite, attentive everything you could want. I would love to visit it again. The roome was great, the bed very comfortable, just perfect! Really! It was a terrific choice. We stayed in total 5 nights here and highly recommend this hotel!!!

Service is top notch! Excellent staff who are very knowledgeable and helpful. The front desk staff are ready to provide directions, recommendations and help with whatever you need. We were greeted with hot tea and candied ginger upon arrival. A welcome snack after long flight.

Anne who manages the breakfast service remembers your preferences and is very attentive. Breakfast was quite good with vietnamese and western dishes. Something to eat for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pho and bun coun dishes. The vietnamese coffee is a special treat is prepared very well here. Do not miss out on it!

Room with a small balcony was very comfortable and relaxing. Room service is very good as well. Ordered the Cha ca Hanoi fish dish and it was delicious. Better than other restaurants that we went to in the city. They have an excellent chef.

If you are staying in Hanoi old quarter, I would highly recommend staying here for location, a high level of service, and comfort.

Wow wow wow!! Stay here if you want an unbeatable stay in Hanoi. The hotel is in a great part of the old quarter and everything is within walking distance—great restaurants, the lake, markets etc.
But the most outstanding part of your stay will be provided by the boundless hospitality of the unique and special team that runs the hotel. We spent Christmas here and I cannot say enough about the outstanding hospitality and the staff. A superb overall experience was provided for me and three generations of my family during our 8-day stay. Mai, Rosie, Nina and several other team members looked after all of us faultlessly—they deeply understand hospitality. You can imagine the range of needs across three generations and we were all more than satisfied. Mai is the most gracious host and made our Christmas in Vietnam a very special experience. The rooms are beautifully appointed. We had a family room and smaller rooms and we could not have asked for anything more. It’s a superb hotel. I’d recommend the Heritage Tours visit to Ha Long Bay which was one of the good ones, organised through the hotel. After my family went home, I stayed for four nights by myself. Rosie organised my tour to Ninh Binh. She got me there, even though I’d booked in late and missed the morning tour bus. Rosie booked dinner and great accommodation for me in Tam Coc and arranged for a pick up from the accommodation so I could join the Ninh Binh tour in the morning. I’d recommend the tour—just ask Rosie and she’ll take care of everything. You can come back for a relaxing massage with Noum the following day—Rosie organised it all for me. When it was time to return home all my transport was organised by Rosie and I was sad to leave. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My husband and I have travelled a lot and would rate this as the best comfortable stay, anywhere in the world. I love the character and comfort of the hotel and the extras provided by the excellent team who lives and breathes hospitality.
Hanoi is a fascinating and busy city and the O Gallery Premiere Hotel is the hidden sanctuary you need at the end of the day. And in the mornings—the breakfast is superb! There’s really not enough room here to list all the great features but if you take our word for it and stay here, you won’t regret it.

We want to give a very special thank you to Daisy and Mai Anh. They have truly been exceptional—beyond anything we’ve ever experienced at any hotel. They are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Throughout our stay, they made sure we were always taken care of and constantly went above and beyond.

They planned our entire trip, organized activities, arranged every transfer, and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well. When my friend mentioned having menstrual cramps, they immediately brought a heating pad to the room. When we briefly switched hotels and quickly realized that the service couldn’t compare, we messaged Daisy and Mai Anh and they arranged a room for us right away so we could come back.

Even small comments turned into thoughtful gestures. We casually mentioned craving a certain dish, and the next morning they had it prepared for us at breakfast. And every time we waited in the lobby for something, they brought us warm tea, fresh fruit, water—always something to make us feel comfortable and cared for.

The hotel itself is extremely clean and well maintained, and the rest of the staff is also incredibly friendly. The spa is wonderful too. Daisy and Mai Anh helped us book a variety of fun activities and sightseeing experiences, making our trip even more memorable.

We honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. We would happily travel all the way back to Vietnam just because of them!
