Pros:

Das Hoi An Green Apple liegt ein wenig ausserhalb der Altstadt und ist entsprechend ruhig gelegen.
Die Betreuung der Gäste war sehr gut, sei es bei Auskünften wie, wo soll ich hin, was läuft im Moment, usw.
Das Frühstück mit dem Buffet hat meine Erwartungen klar übertroffen und der Service war sehr gästefreundlich.
Das kostenlose Fahrrad mit Namen "Martin" hat mich in viele Ecken von Hoi An geführt und ich kann nur sagen,
mach es auch, du siehst eine wenig hinter die Kulissen dieses wunderbaren Ortes.
Lasst euch durch Hotel und Personal überraschen.

Best hotel to ever exist
Pros:

The staff were all very kind, hospitable and attentive.
Reception service was exceptional!
The location was good too, not too noisy but close enough to the old town to get by on foot.
You can even rent a bicycle for the day, the staff will provide a lock for it, for no extra fee.
Don't get me started on the breakfast. I never had breakfast this good an i am big on breakfasts. It does change everyday, but some things stay consistently, theres always fresh fruit and vegetables, you can toast your bread and make coffee to your liking
Sadly because of the weather we didn't get to relax by the pool, but it is a really nice pool.
This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at.
If i ever get the chance to come back, I will.

Loved the staff all friendly and very helpful with everything I needed, good location with plenty of restaurants around the area or a nice walk into the old town.

Prima hotel, plezierige mensen, prima plek
Pros:

Prima hotel, ideale plek buiten de drukte maar wel lekkere restaurantjes in de buurt. 10 minuten lopen 1,2km, van de oude stad, gratis fietsen. Goed ontbijt. Dit hotel kun je gerust boeken.

L'emplacement est super pour rejoindre le centre ville, le personnel est disponible pour nous aider et nous conseiller, toujours avec le sourire.

Pros:

The location is good. A 10 minute walk to old town. The wifi was excellent. Beds were comfortable. The balcony was an added bonus. We didn’t use the pool as it was cool. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful with information.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was that they use glass bottles with flip lids for the bottles of water provided in the room. They simply refill these bottles from a communal jug of water. Simple fix…we bought our own water.
