Some 1 and 2 bedroom suites are equipped with king-zipped beds in each bedroom that can be split into two (twin) single beds. Studio suites have king beds that do not split. Extra charges will apply if the bedding configuration is changed on the day of arrival, during the check-in process or at any time during your stay.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Although the hotel advertises itself as a five-star property, the overall customer service fell well below my expectations. The staff’s service was generally average, and I was particularly disappointed that no one offered to help when I was struggling to manage four large suitcases on my own. The staff member at the front desk simply pressed the lift button for me without offering any further assistance. Having stayed at many hotels before, I have never experienced such a lack of attentiveness, especially at a hotel claiming to be five-star.

The hotel also did not provide slippers for children, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the room was reasonably clean and had the basic facilities needed for a comfortable stay. However, the parking fees were excessively expensive.

I would particularly like to commend Austin, who was exceptionally friendly and proactive when I checked out. He kindly helped me push my luggage downstairs, demonstrating the level of care and service that guests should be able to expect from a five-star hotel. His efforts were greatly appreciated and deserve recognition.

Overall, while the room itself was satisfactory, the hotel needs to significantly improve its customer service to live up to its five-star reputation. Austin was a genuine highlight of my stay.
