Important information:

Some 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites are equipped with king-zipped beds in each bedroom that can be split into two (twin) single beds. If the single bed configuration is required, your bedding preference will need to be requested at the time of booking or by notifying our Reservations Team at least 2 days before you arrive at the hotel. Studio suites have king beds that do not split. Extra charges will apply if the bedding configuration is changed on the day of arrival, during the check-in process or at any time during your stay.

Due to a scheduled maintenance, our gym will be temporarily unavailable from Monday, 22nd of June until Tuesday, 30th of June. However, there will still be full access to the pool, sauna, and spa.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

Location. Close to bridge , harbour and public transport. Quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable

Cons:

Cost of parking. Low public parking around it. Our room didn't have a views was hoped

Pros:

Rooms were big and very clean. Staff were exceptional - great customer service. The spa was really nice - lukewarm, but nice. Sauna was great. Lobby smelled really nice upon entry!

Cons:

No onsite restaurant or cafe, so there was no ability to order food (snacks or breakfast). Most nearby places were closed on the weekend, as it is a more commercial area. You could get snacks and drinks from the third floor next to the pool. Pool was really cold for winter - not heated.
