Pros:

Good location, helpful staff, good price, large room, comfy bed, great tv reception.

Cons:

Nothing to not like. It's not a new place and you get what you paid for. But it was clean and friendly, good car park, short walk to the river and night market.

Pros:

A very good value hotel. Room was large with a large double bed. Walking distance to the Mekong.

Cons:

Rooms are dark with a small window partly obscured by the wardrobe. I always needed the lights on.

Excellent stay close to the river in Nakhon Phanom
Pros:

This hotel is even nicer than we'd hoped. The room is spacious, the bed is what we like -- very firm. Daily housekeeping supplies drinking water in glass bottles (YAY) and there are both hot water and drinking water available in the lobby throughout the day, with tea, coffee and malted hot drink mix. We would bring in our food and use the dining tables to eat our dinner and breakfast. The proprietors and all their staff are fantastic. We were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. The furniture in the room is attractive and traditional, made of wood; it's an old-fashioned, homey feel in the room. Plenty of storage space. The location is ideal: close to the riverside, and a fantastic jey (vegan restaurant) very close by. We had a wonderful stay here and recommend it highly.

Cons:

This was a perfect stay -- no suggestions for improvement.

Simple & Pleasuarble Hotel
Pros:

40 Room Hotel in a building from 2007 just of the mainroad. Nice spacious rooms with hard mattress.
All staff members and the family that run the hotel are super friendly and always willing to help.
Room, bathroom and bedsheets & Towels are clean. A bit dark because only one middle sized window.
AC and fridge are working well.
Rooms are cleaned on request.

Cons:

No Credit Card accepted.
Only Thai digital payment or cash.
