Pleasant, but dissapointing
Pros:

Location, location, location. The building sits right at the beautiful beach, sorrounded by trees.

Cons:

Lack of AC or ventilation, sometimes connected to the strange smell inside.
The property is pretty much rundown - in some rooms windows can’t be locked, sofas are stained, safes need keys as their automatic locks don’t work. For an object priced like this, it looks disappointing.
THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. These are furnished rooms, which means you have to pay for all the things around - the parking lot, the pool, etc. I know, I know, I have been warned, I read the small print on Booking.com.

Epäsiisti ja huonokuntoinen kohde jonne emme enää jatkossa mene.
Pros:

Meillä oli omat aamupalat mukanamme.

Cons:

Vastaanoton kielitaito yllätti. Itse puhun Eestiä mutta vastaanoton nainen ei ymmärtänyt. Ilmeisesti Venäjän kielinen joka puhui kyllä Englantia mutta itselläni Eestin kieli paljon Englantia parempi.
Huoneessa oli saavuttaessa todella paha haju, astioita ei ollut pesty kunnolla, lattia jousti useammasta paikasta, tv:ssä näkyi vain kaksi Eestin ja kaksi Venäjän kielistä kanavaa. Sängyt oli liian pehmeät ja toinen patjoista oli ilmeisesti istuttu niin paljon reunalla että se oli jäänyt painaumalle.

Хорошее расположение
Pros:

Расположение отличное. номер с выходом на террасу с видом на море. Можно расположится на террасе с друзьями и провести вечер. В самом номере есть плита, микроволновка и холодильник и чайник. Также была посуда. Кровати ок, также был диван. Есть лед машина и можно купить напитки в аппарате в коридоре.

Cons:

Отель уставший, если бы за ним лучше ухаживали было бы отлично. В бассеине много волос и песка. Было не приятно. Также нужно отдельно доплатить 10€ за бассеин , странно когда ты снимаешь номер с выходом на бассеин и должен заплатить, чтобы искупаться.

Pettymys ja ällötys.
Pros:

Sijainti. Puhtaat pyyhkeet ja lakanat.

Cons:

Uima-allas ja koko uima-allasalue oli todella ällöttävä, homeinen ja likainen. Järkyttävää, että tästä pyydetään 10€ ylimääräistä per päivä myös hotellivierailta! Keittiössä oli vain juuri ja juuri kahdelle lautaset ja mukit. Yksi huono kattila ja yksi paistinpannu. Ei kahvia, teetä, ei edes serviettejä! Vain yksi keittiöpyyhe. Keittiöllä ei siis tee yhtään mitään. Lattialla oli jo tullessa hiekkaa.

Check in toimi hyvin. Paikalla työntekijä iltaan saakka.

Majoituimme huoneistossa,joka sijaitsi altaan vieressä sekä näkyvyys merelle. Perus siisti, keittiökalusteet siistit. Sänky ok. Jos kurkkasi patjan alle,löysi ikäviä länttejä. Tyynyt pienehköt,kulahtaneet ja matalat. Pimennysverhot olivat hyvät. Toki irtoilivat pidikkeistä hieman..

Maisemat oli kyllä hienot varsinkin auringonlaskun aikaan! Kannattaa ehdottomasti ottaa huone merimaisemalla varsinkin jos haluat päästä kätevästi merelle tai uima-altaalle! Koodilukko oli kätevä hotellialueelta poistuttaessa rannalle.
Uima-allas maksullinen: 5€/lapsi ja 10€/aikuinen. Uima-allas oli jo aikansa nähnyt: pohjamuovi kupruili ja pinttynyttä likaa ympärillä. Sääntönä käydä suihkussa ja huuhdella jalat ennen altaaseen tuloa,mutta eivät kaikki sitä noudattaneet. Altaan reunalla iso mänty,joka vaikeutti altaalle kulkua. Siitä voisi karsia pari oksaa. Useampi liukastuminen tapahtui altaan vieressä. Onneksi ei käynyt vakavammin. Hyvää allas-alueella oli se,että siinä oli suihku vieressä ja jalkojen pesupaikka. Allasvesi oli todella lämmintä! Mikäli merivesi ei ole kovin lämmintä,on altaassa mukava olla.

Huoneeseen kuului jonkin verran ääniä (vaimea kuorsaus, terassilta puheensorina sekä basson jumputus). Jos olisimme voineet pitää tuuletusikkunaa auki,olisi äänet kuuluneet todella hyvin. Huoneessa ei ole varsinaista ilmastointia,mutta iltaisin (lämpöisellä säällä) oli terassin ovi auki ennen nukkumaan menoa,joka hieman helpotti.

Huoneen wc/suihkutilassa oli kylpyamme,mutta sitä ei tullut käytettyä. Uikkarit sai kuivatettua seinässä olevassa kuivaustelineessä,jossa kiersi lämpö. Muutoin ilma ei oikein vaihtunut suihkutilassa... Hieman kosteusongelmaa havaittavissa saumoissa. Huoneistossa pyyhkeet,mutta uusia ei saanut vaihdettua,kuin maksua vastaan. Kannattaa olla oma pyyhe mukana! Meillä pyyhkeet eivät meinanneet ehtiä kuivua käytön jälkeen.. Terassilla aurinkoisella säällä ehti ainoastaan kuivua.

Cons:

Huoneiston hintaan tulisi kuulua maksuton uintimahdollisuus altaalla. Esim.eri värinen ranneke majoittuville asiakkaille.

Siivoojat voisivat vaihtaa puhtaat pyyhkeet heille,jotka majoittuvat useamman yön.
