The place and room ,the cleaning was good but the hospitality was zero and don’t worth it’s price

المكان جيد يعتبر قريب من المنطقه الحيويه لبكركوي
الغرفه جيده لكن لا تتناسب مع سعر الفندق
التنظيف جيد

لا يتمتعون باي مهارات لضيافه الزبون
انا والدي ذوي احتياجات خاصه و وصلنه الساعه العاشره و و استغرقت سفرتنا الليل باكمله و عندما وصلت اخبرتهم ان يسلموني غرفه واحد علما نحن حاجزين 4 غرف و رفضت موظفة الرسبشن و باسلوب جدا جامد و كأن انا ضيف عندهه مو دافعه فلوس حتى اسكن بالفندق حاولت احجز غرفه هلساعتين و ادفع سعر يوم كامل بس حته يدخل والدي يرتاح و رفضت ايضا باسلوب جامد اعتقد كان اسمهه عليا او شيء من هذا القبيل لم تبذل حتى جهد لتجعلني افهم الموقف او تعتذر او تكسب ودي مع تعابير وجه جامده علما هذه المره 6 احجز فيها في هذا الفندق لكن للاسف سوف تكون الاخيره و في نفس الوقت جزء من عائلتي كانوا حاجزين بفندق قريب جدا منه و بسعر اقل و مرو بنفس الموقف و تركوهم يصعدو لغرفهم
انا الان بعد مرور اسبوع انتقلت لحجز بفندق في بيوغلو و صراحه فرق كبير جدا بحسن الضيافه و اداب الضيافه عن فندق ميركوري سوف تكون هذه زيارتي الاخيره لهم

Pros:

It was amazing… The elegance of the rooms, the calm, almost serene atmosphere of the lobby and all… It’s also located at the heart of Bakirkoy, which is a huge plus for us. I personally had a great time. And don’t even get me started on the hygiene and all the environmentalist signs, i LOVED it, 10/10🥹🫶
