Bad room ( 1516 ) .very hot . The door was broken .. no lock for the door .. refrigerator no work .. very narrow ..

Her şey mükemmeldi. Temizlik, personelin ilgisi, yemekler, konfor ve tesisin sunduğu tüm imkanlardan çok memnun kaldık. Beklentilerimizin üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Professional and friendly staff, great location, cozy rooms
Pros:

We already used this hotel for a 2nd time on a business trip. The staff is very professional, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and cool and quiet for the location. The breakfast is really nice and has a great selection. Bakirköy is a really nice quarter with nice restaurants and bistrots around the corner, the train station is close to the hotel, but the hotel is also easy to reach via taxi. I would choose this hotel again, if I come on a business trip again to this part of Istanbul.

Cons:

The restaurant for the breakfast is in the basement, but we were there for a business trip, not for sight seeing, so it was absolutely fine. But for a romantic breakfast on a honeymoon trip, one would rather choose a more cozy space :D

Cons:

Wir müssten leider früher auschecken da unser Fenster kaputt war wir haben es mehrmals gemeldet leider wurde es nicht repariert.
Im zimmer waren Ameisen und wir hatten leider keine Wlan verbindung.
