I would like to share some feedback from my recent stay, with the intention of contributing to your continuous improvement.
The spa and pool were excellent, and the room itself was also excellent. However, I was given a smoking room despite having specifically requested a non-smoking room. The smell in the room was very strong and unfortunately caused me a headache throughout the night.
In addition, the front desk service was just acceptable. It seemed that the receptionist was not very attentive. I was not informed about the welcome cocktail, which I later found out was available for guests. I also asked for transportation information, which I was told would be provided, but I never received a response.
In my opinion, the main area for improvement is at the reception, where better communication and attention to detail would make a big difference in the guest experience.

Everything was good
It was just what l needed. Nice, clean and close to anywhere i needed it go.
Room was very small and dusty, i believe they gave me the smallest room because i booked it through this site , my friend booked through other alternative and he got much bigger room for pretty much same price
Staff was polite and friendly , the pool area downstairs was nice and beautiful.

Die Klimaanlage des Zimmers, in dem wir wohnten, war kaputt und wir wechselten das Zimmer in der Nacht, der Rezeptionist half uns überhaupt nicht beim Tragen des Koffers, aber Herr Murat an der Rezeption war sehr hilfreich und wir waren zufrieden.
