Overall pleasant. Staff wonderful, especially Tom on reception (I think it was Tom?).
Pros:

Liked the location, the overall brand and hotel, the pool and spa area.

Cons:

Didn't have all the amenities in the room that I would expect. Example Kitchen dish sponge, tea towel. Bathroom face washer. The clothes dryer didn't work. Had to also re-set the main television.

Relaxing and easy. Everything was close by that we needed and the staff were fantastic.
Pros:

The size of the room was very generous with an ideal layout for 2 work colleagues. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We would hightly recommend.
