Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher, and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a full service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit, or EFTPOS card upon check-in.

- proximity to public transport, restaurants and shops.
- jacuzzi, sauna and pool were great
- no warning of all the construction around the building, impacting the pedestrian walkway to the hotel (have water dripping on you), especially when there was an alternative route out of the building to avoid it
- the toilet roll holder should face the other way, as now the toilet roll comes off everytime you try to take a piece.
- the height/placement of the bathroom cupboard does not allow for you to put you electric toothbrush by the basin standing upright.
- we would have appreciated another towel hook/double rail in the bathroom
- we would have appreciated 2 smaller towels and a spare handtowel, not just 1 handtowel and 2 bath towels.
- we only got 1 tiny dishsoap that was not very soapy to wash up the dishes with (we thankfully got more on day 3)
- there was not enough crockery and utensils to use over a day or 2 to allow us to use the dishwasher when it was more full.
- there was no lid for the pan and we would have appreciated one more pot for cooking purposes.

Everything plus good services

The location is very strategic with great restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We planned to stay just for 2 nights during the hottest weekend in sydney while waiting for the aircon in my flat repaired. We ended up staying almost 2 weeks / 12 days. The room is also perfect for my work from home activities, good views from top floors (Level 35).
It would be great if we can have accessible power points in the bedroom for charging phones.

Pillows too high
The pools were awesome! we loved it. The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Wifi was fast. Loved that our room had a washer & dryer, made the most of that. Location was good, staff were amazing! overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend.
The only bad thing for me was the aircon. There were 2 aircons in our room but only 1 could be on at a time. Even when it was on, it wasn’t even that cold & you couldn’t feel it throughout the room.
