Every three (3) days, your suite will receive an Express Service where we will make the beds with existing linen, replace towels, replace finished amenities, stack the dishwasher, and empty the rubbish. For stays longer than 7 nights, your suite will receive a full service and be fully cleaned, including all linen changed once every seven (7) days. A valid ID must match the credit, debit, or EFTPOS card upon check-in.

Putrid filthy rooms bad service no milk no face washers the stab marks in the main bedroom door 😲
Pros:

The pool,spa and sauna with the exception of the cockroaches

Cons:

The rooms were absolutely filthy the staff are awful the room omg the rooms there disgusting the sad thing is we got moved due to the state of the first room it was so filthy the pics are the room we got moved to they didn't leave me in the other room long enough to take pics service was awful
