el personal de recepción profesional pero bastante impersonal
nos comentaron que booking había hecho mal reserva y teníamos las habitaciones para una sola persona, se solucionó, pero con bastante apatía.
a la hora de la salida del hotel no nos desearon ni buen viaje ni nos preguntaron por nuestra estancia.
fue mucho más amable el personal de limpieza, nos deseó buena estancia y nos preguntó si las habitaciones estaban de nuestro agrado. La señora fue super amable y nos encantó
