Hotel muy bueno pero...
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien situado, en pleno centro de Benidorm, con unas vistas excelentes. El personal te hace sentir a gusto (gracias a recepción por facilitarme la entrada antes de tiempo. También me encantó la decoración, funcional y moderna.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó fue que en la noche del 11 al 12 de febrero el viento soplaba en plan huracán y me fue casi imposible porque el ventanal que daba a la terraza vibraba de manera alarmante. El sonido también se colaba lo suficiente para no dejarte dormir.

La ubicación , la habitación (impresionantes vistas) y todas las instalaciones en general

Cons:

Quizá el dia de llegada el personal de recepción no fue excepcionalmente amable, aunque si muy profesional.
Es posible que influya la gran amabilidad del personal de recepción el resto de dias.
Aún con todo, el trato fue siempre perfecto.
