Rooftop inutilisable
Pros:

L'emplacement et la sécurité, les gens de l'extérieur ne viennent pas à la piscine, comme dans d'autres hôtels que nous avons fait à Benidorm

Cons:

Le personnel du roof top n'est pas agréable de plus les gens de l'extérieur y viennent, ce qui fait, que nous héberger au madeira , ne pouvons profiter de ce Roof top.

Excelente ubicación, instalaciones nuevas, parking con cargador de coche electrico (hay que llevar cable). La terraza de rooftop espectacular.

We booked a double room. They gave us a twin. When asked reception about it, all of them were convinced that a double room in the description meant it fits two people and doesn’t mean one bed for two people. Apparently they can never guarantee they give you one bed. Do bare this in mind. First night, the receptionist was very rude about it and didn’t want to swap. We were eventually lucky the second night when another female receptionist found us a double.

Also didn’t like the fact that they were not using fresh eggs for making an omelette. It was coming out of a packet.

Kivételes!
Pros:

Mindenben kiváló volt. Kiemelném a bőséges reggelit (frissen préselt narancslé, pezsgő, forrócsoki, aszalt gyümölcsök). A kilátásunk a 10. emeletről csodás volt. Minden dolgozó nagyon kedvesen viselkedett. Utazásunk alatt volt a szülinapom, egy doboz bonbon várt aznap az ágyamon. Kivételes, minden 10 pont!!
