Am not one to complain but this time i have to. The dinner was not worth the price, especially the dinner - I had to order two meals. The chap who was at reception was not so welcoming from when I checked in. He brought my food on a tray smaller than the plate, with a smirk on his face. The plate was all skew with food almost falling off the plate. Horrible service!
The shower floods!!!
The bed was comfortable but the bedding was too tight 😒
Not disability friendly, breakfast not fully covered in terms of an individual preference, still employing none South Africans as waiters, air conditioners not hot enough, no small fridge to store your items

Sehr freundliches Personal, kurze Wege, Zimmer sehr groß und sauber. Klima war bereits eingeschaltet und es war gemütlich warm. Zimmerservice war sehr sehr gut.

The outside of the property and the reception was nice.
The room was very small and not properly attended to. The base of the bed had no cover. The carpet was very dirty with a mark visible on a dark carpet.
The staff was amazing made my stay unbelievably warm

I made a mistake on my booking and booked for 1 and we were a couple. There was a request that I add money of which it’s not a problem. I am not happy with how the hotel handled this as they went to my husband who did not do the booking and my details were on the system. The lady was rude and asked my husband when is he checking out unaware that there’s another booking on the system
Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel room was clean, had air-conditioned and had lovely finishes.
The shower water was cold and some of the plugs were not working.
