Great place!

det anden gang vi besøger hotellet. Som første gang virklig godt. Dog en ting at være opmærksom på er at de er begyndt at tage penge for wellnes området på time basis. det står der intet op på deres bskriivelse. vi brokket os over det da vi gerne ville have den viden inden vi booket. De undersøgte om det var rigtigt at der ikke stod noget om det så vi fik 1 timer hver dag gratis. Men kan se de ikke har tilføjet det på teksten. men eller set super hotel med virklig godt morgenmad.

Given this is a war situation, the level of hospitality and friendliness was outstanding. The staff were absolutely lovely. Also the food and drinks were superb; the Uzgar was brilliant, like drinking an old much-loved smoke stained shepherd's hut but lovely!! Thank you so very much everyone! The hotel is very pleasant indeed (but like all hotels I have stayed at in Ukraine the lack of a kettle and tea making facilities is a big issue for Brits! A kettle was available by request, thank you, but culturally Ukraine hotels need to embrace this going forward. It is pretty much a given standard internationally. It sounds petty and churlish I know, but it has surprising importance to many of us Brits!!!) The swimming pool, sauna and spa being in use in wartime was initially a challenge given the power outages, but the staff were keen to patiently explain how vital our contribution to Ukraine's economy really is. On the basis that we did spend money, make donations wherever we could, and generally sought to tip above our normal average whilst in Lviv, we accepted the logic and were very grateful for the facilities still being available. We would have fully understood if they were closed. All in all, a great stay and we were thrilled to see the hotel full at the weekend, well done Taurus! We shall definitely return in the autumn. A beautiful and clean hotel with very nice and helpful staff.
a bit far from the city center,but a lovely walk is not bad.
They can improve on the breakfast menu and selections.

Hotel ist OK. Frühstück so LALA.

The pool & spa are nice, but this time I was charged for it without being informed in advance.

En god oplevelse. Venligt personale. Wellness faciliteterne er gode. Dog en ting skal msn være opmærksom på, det kun en time hver dag gratis dom ikke fremgår af beskrivelsen her på hotel.com men en time ekstra koster dog kun 100-150 uah pr. Person. Men en rigtig fin oplevelse og morgen buffen var mellem stor og smagte dejligt!

Everything excellent. I wish the pool opened earlier in the morning, otherwise I couldn't fault it at all, loved my stay, staff always helpful

Der Service war unterirdisch - als man uns

Новый отель, тихо и спокойно. Персонал на высоте. Завтраки нормальные, но нет фруктов и жидких каш, например, овсянки. В номере все естт, минибар, кондиционер, но не было пульта. Легкое жлобство - бассейн и бани за допплату, причем, почасово. Бассейн очень маленький. Массажи и услуги СПА - дороговато. В целом, не плохо, но отель переоценен
