El aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien.. Al parecer ya le toca renovar
The room was, as the photos had shown, very compact—basically just the bed and nothing else—but it was quite clean and comfortable.
I didn't quite understand the photos, but I thought each room had a terrace like the one in the picture; but it turned out there was only that one terrace for all the rooms.
Although the garage is right next to the hotel, there is no link between the two, so you have to wait for someone to open the separate entry for you and go over the street sidewalk with your luggage.
I think it was an isolated incident, but on the day I left, I found scratches and dents on the rental car I had left in the car park that I hadn’t seen before. I asked to see the security camera footage and it was clear that another guest had manoeuvred badly, causing the damage. Up to that point, I had no complaints about the hotel – in fact, everything was fine, and they even have cameras. However, I was bothered by the fact that the young man who had been assisting me at the front desk that check-out morning — the same one who had shown me the video — appeared in the video himself. He witnessed the guest's poor manoeuvre but didn't mention it to me on the night when it was made! It was as if he had hoped I wouldn't notice and that it would go unnoticed.

No me fui a Ecuador pero mi novio es ecuatoriano y hice una reserva para él y mi futura suegra ecuatoriana. La ubicación fue una ventaja por qué elegimos este alojamiento: porque estaba cerca del hospital, 10 minutos de caminata. El aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y por eso dormían muy bien. La verdad fue una buena experiencia estar allá según ellos. Personal muy amable y atención al cliente excelente. Muchas gracias Yu!
