Good value, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Comfortable clean bed. You should note that bed is most of room in this style of hotel. Was surprised it had a small desk. Very helpful. Descent shower with hot water. Good Wi-Fi though you have to get a separate code for 2nd device. But staff informed of this and helped. Blackout roller shades worked quite well but not easily accessible for view so left them down.
Staff was helpful and nice. Good location near malecón.

Cons:

A continental breakfast would be a nice touch. Snack bar purchases available for breakfast were not really appropriate foods.
2 electrical plug ins available but both were at foot of bed. But was able to use satisfactorily. If you need use near pillow would be difficult but you could always flip your head to the foot of bed.

Buena ubicación con parqueadero.
Pros:

Yo fui al hotel hace un año, y el desayuno era malo, pero por lo menos había una estación de café. Pienso que no deberian ofrecer como un desayuno pero como una estación de café, así la gente no se hubiera quejado de su desayuno pero ahora no ofrecen nada.

Cons:

Con 2 personas la habitación con la cama king es estrecha pero bueno sabía a lo que iba y eso no me molesta. Lo que me molestó ahora es que no hay agua caliente en la ducha, y el lugar de la ducha todo sucio con manchas de hongos en los contenedores de jabón y shampoo y entre las baldosas. No se siente limpio. Tienen una sola persona encargada de todo. Pobre!! Es amable pero no alcanza a hacer todo. También las toallas manchadas, eso fue desagradable.

Horrible experiencia
Pros:

Nada, horrible

Cons:

Baños sucios llenos de hongo, apestoso a orina, la cama sin garantía de limpieza, un olor presente a suciedad, todos los espacios en general del hotel sucios, pésima atención, ofrecen desayuno y no estaba disponible, NO VUELVO JAMAS

Pros:

Voy continuamente a Guayaquil por trabajo, y era el lugar perfecto por el costo para ir trabajar y descansar, pero las dos últimas veces miré el hotel descuidado, las sábanas viejas, la ducha con filos amarillos el recepcionista demasiado descuidado y mal dormido el desayuno me dijeron que no les estaban llevando así que no había , además groseros

El descuido tanto del personal como de las habitaciones
