Cons:

Le personnel est particulièrement désagréable. L’accueil est exécrable : pas de bonjour, pas de merci. Le matin, personne ne répond à nos salutations. Il fallait aller chercher les employées dans la cuisine, où elles étaient assises sur des bidons, occupées sur leurs téléphones, simplement pour obtenir une tasse d’eau chaude.
Aucun sourire. Lorsque l’on demande une omelette, on nous répond que ce n’est pas possible. Pourtant, un autre client demande des œufs au plat et, là, aucun problème. S’il y a des œufs, il devrait être possible de préparer une omelette. le coffre fort de la chambre ne ne fonctionne pas.
les photos sur votre site ne correspondent pas a la réalité . salle de bain deux petites serviettes pour la douche un peu juste terrasse inutilisables pas de chaise ou table patio du petit déjeuner jamais ouvert et non préparé. petit déjeuné avec des restes de produits remis tout les jours, salade de fruit mis pendant 4 jours beurre si vous déjeunez a 9 H c'est de l'huile aucun moyen de le garder au frais

hotel bol maly, utulny, izby boli ciste, wifi fungovalo perfektne.. ranajky nam velmi chutili a podavali aj lokalne jedla :) kava bola silna, vyborna.. hotel ma dobru lokalitu a urcite sa do neho vratime :) recepcia funguje 24 hodin co je velka vyhoda .. niektori personal neovladal anglicky jazyk ale dorozmueli sme sa :)

nemam co vytknut.. pomer cena kvalita super :)

Pros:

A cama era confortável e estava tudo limpo. A localização também era boa, na Achada de Santo António e próximo de vários restaurantes e serviços.

Cons:

Por duas vezes, pedimos na receção para chamar um táxi (porque precisávamos de sair cedo), confirmaram o nosso pedido, mas, chegada a hora, o táxi nunca estava à porta.

Lage ganz gut, Nacht-Rezeptionistin und Sicherheitspersonal sehr nett.

Cons:

Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption am Tag (echt unfreundlich, bei Fragen zum Checkout bzw. zur Umgebung mehr als unwillig zu helfen), Betten sehr hart, fehlende Beleuchtung in Zimmer 103 (auch tagsüber sehr dunkel, da nur Lichtschacht), Dusche lief nicht richtig ab, Boden in der Dusche wellig und wackelig, Sauberkeit war ok, Mitarbeiterinnen beim Frühstück sehr unfreundlich, wenig Auswahl beim Essen

it took a long time to get both my and my colleauges safes to work - we were uncomfortable with our valuables and documents left in the room therefore we had to carry them around and were potentially more at risk.

the wifi was reliable and the AC was nice.

Cons:

The shower was broken, the "taxi service" was just a friend the staff called to drive to the airport, and the neighbourhood did not feel very safe to walk around aline as a woman at night.
