Very nice place to rest your head however confusing about complementary drinks
Asked at reception and terrace bar which drinks are complementary told twice the all on menu
First night no soft drinks available or spirits
Third night all available
But 😞
I was presented with a bill when questioned was told only juices and soft drinks are complementary
Bill 550 pesos for what was a triple size,on ice that was separate,was happy to pay anyways 😀

The room was clean and had a great city view, and the food in their restaurant was delicious, especially the sisig it’s one of the best seller, and the service was excellent friendly, attentive, and quick, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

One of my favourite food in palm grass hotel is their best seller which is the Humba ni maxilom and Sea food pasta. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring you have everything you need. Whether you’re enjoying a hearty breakfast or a relaxing dinner, the restaurant provides a comfortable setting for a memorable dining experience.

There rooms is very comfortable and affordable price. And also their staff is very friendly and approachable. In bar is nice view and relaxing place. I recommend this hotel. Also their food is very delicious and their drinks very affordable prices.

We had a birthday celebration of one of my friends in hardin dagami and it was all worth it coz they had free karaoke and their food is very delicious and satisfying. We avail their tower drinks and the taste was just right. Their staff was very accommodating.

I would like to share my experience in this hotel aside from its accommodation that is very clean and cozy which give us a relaxing stay I also like to share about the event they always held above 7th floor which they call Hardin Dagami, It was fun having drinks and food with a nice view also a fun host that keep us entertain

I chose this hotel for its location. It is within walking distance of the places where I wanted to visit.

There is a bit of wear and tear in the hotel but it is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Also I found the food in the restaurant to be great and reasonably priced.

I had a very early checkout and the kitchen staff prepared me some food to go as I would miss the breakfast service.

I would definitely stay here again if I am in Cebu City.

Aircon is slow cold and window is broken

The property is located near the santo nino Church lots of shops very friendly staff and service good and clean rooms. Thanks to Zoe well done!

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and right in the downtown

The room was horrible. Toilets did not flush, shower was clogged, bed was old and uncomfortable, the room was dark, very small window. No outside food is allowed in the hotel, this means no Grab orders or takeout allowed in your room. I would recommend staying somewhere else. The pictures on Hotels.com are not accurate at all.
