Comfortable, clean, modern. Staff are friendly and helpful
Pros:

Very modern, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very friendly, and tried their best to accommodate all my needs. The free wifi is very fast and I experienced minimal issues. The walls are very soundproof, we barely heard sound from outside our room. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets every day. The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety to choose from. When I ordered food to the hotel, the staff were helpful with taking delivery while I came downstairs. It’s in a nice location right in the middle of the city, not far from the toll. The pickup area outside is very convenient. There’s also a small shop next door to the hotel to buy anything you may need. Overall a fantastic experience and incredible value for money. I will definitely be staying here next time I come to Bandung, and will recommend to others

Cons:

Some of the channels on the TV didn’t match to what they said. On some days the water from the shower had a strange smell, and on some days the water wouldn’t go very hot, but that’s not a big issue as I took more cool showers due to the hot weather. When I used the laundry service, I paid for a fast service to be back the same day however I had to call after 24 hours to receive my clothes

Kami hanya menginap semalam tapi dengan kamar yang luas tempat tidur yg empuk kami bisa tidur pulas
Pros:

Sarapannya cukup baik banyak pilihan, lokasi juga strategis banyak resto dan tempat makan di sekitar hotel, kamar luas besar untuk kami sekeluarga (3org) dan cukup bersih, pelayanan cukup baik, kami sekeluarga datang lebih awal dan boleh cek in lebih awal juga karena room sudah tersedia… pokoknya Aston hotel bisa jadi pilihan yang bagus utk keluarga… 💚

Pros:

Friendly staff. Nice and warm gesture from the staff which i like. And breakfast is superb!

Cons:

Aircond not cold. Room feels humid when aircond is not cold. Moldy vent which i hate the most.
