Amazing staff but dated hotel
Pros:

Staff were very responsive and approachable..they go beyond their roles to help guests.
Large rooms and pretty neat and clean

Cons:

The water in the shower is not hot enough! Lifts were broken, only one lift working for 2 days.

Cons:

Hot tub wasn't hot enough and pool is very cold. The room had ants from the day we checked in. Lack of breakfast variation.

Excellent stay in Bandung
Pros:

Room: clean and comfy bed with plushy pillows. Comes with fridge and a safety box. Room sandals are provided
Bathroom: spacious
Breakfast: marvellous with multiple choices of food to choose from, sumptuous taste (both local and western)
Staff: super friendly with great hospitality shown throughout our stay
Location: have minimart next door, multiple eating places available all walking distance
Pricing: worth every penny we paid

Cons:

Our room was not efficiently insulated (see photo). But still we could sleep in the end. Hope the management will improve this so other guests will enjoy better experience

This hotel is not 4 stars as it claims to be and it is very overpriced for the standard offered
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Amazing selection of Indonesian and western choices. Spoilt for choice.
Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The room was incredibly noisy. Next to no insulation in the windows from the road traffic which is overwhelming. I asked to move rooms to a quieter side of the hotel. The towels they gave were shameful. Old, stained and worn out and thread bare. The water did not get hot, only warm.
