tiene buena ubicación, no esta en el centro pero llegas en 5min en carro, la habitación es de buen tamaño

Cons:

no es culpa del hotel pero en alguna parte de booking debería de haber un aviso de algún evento en el lugar que visites y si afecta tu estancia, hubo celebración en una parroquia cercana y hubo cuetes desde las 8pm hasta las 8am del otro día, no dormimos nada

Muy bien pero pueden mejorar.
Pros:

La vista a la peña, el hotel es muy bonito, el cuarto estaba de buen tamaño, la cama estaba cómoda, el desayuno rico y en buena cantidad.

Cons:

No habia enchufes suficientes para cargar un teléfono, el internet era bueno hasta que llegaron más inquilinos y la señal se volvió intermitente, el personal no es ni grosero pero tampoco amable, nos dieron un buen servicio pero les falto calidez para que nos dieran más ganas de volver, las llaves de la regadera eran confusas y no entendimos bien como ajustar la temperatura del agua, el desayuno muy rico pero lo sirvieron tibio, cómo sugerencia, podrían poner máquinas expendedoras de alimentos y bebidas o servir cenas ya que después de las 7 ya no hay tiendas abiertas y las que están abiertas no están tan cercanas, la señorita de la recepción nos indico en donde estaba la habitación pero no nos acompaño a la misma siendo que éramos los únicos huéspedes en ese momento y fue confuso encontrarla.

Estancia agradable y confortable
Pros:

La tranquilidad del hotel ayudo a que se pudiera descansar adecuadamente, al igual que el lugar donde se encuentra es un area de poco movimiento por lo que no habia mucho ruido

MUY RECOMENDABLE.
Pros:

La habitación en general esta muy muy bien, es muy limpia, cómoda y amplia. En general el hotel es muy callado y te aparta con el ruido de las calles de al rededor, la vista a la Peña es impresionante, el desayuno del restaurante es muy bueno.

Cons:

El ventilador hace más ruido que aire, el agua caliente tarda en salir, las toallas son un poco rasposas.

Rentamos tres habitaciones y dos de ellas se notaba la ropa de cama estaba sucia, como si no la hubieran cambiado.

Cons:

El desayuno es limitado en variedad, no hay carta, ni menu, ni buffet y es servido en mesa. Es un desayuno tipico mexicano, que parecian apreciar los clientes mejicanos, pero es un poco mas dificil para un europeo que no esta acostumbrado.
