Nice place to spend your holidays, It includes beach service with lounge chairs, with transfer, which is very important because the beach is far away.

Location is lovely and just around the corner is the seaview and parks.
Lots of bars and restaurants on doorstep. Shuttle bus available to beach
However i was not told this on check in.
Staff are brilliant especially Can and Sıla .. breakfast is good
Boss man who hides in the office never says hello or greets guests , very very miserable which is a shame ! But nevertheless i still enjoyed my stay

La limpieza de las habitaciones no es buena y son muy pequeñas

L'hotel est bien localisé, propre. Les chambres sont ok (sauf le lit supplémentaire la 3eme personne qui est tres inconfortable). La piscine est petite. Le personnel est sympathique. Le petit dejeuner est correct. Notre expérience est globalement positive.

Je suis profondément surprise par le décalage entre les photos promotionnelles et la réalité. L’accueil manquait de chaleur, et la propreté laissait franchement à désirer. Nous étions trois dans une chambre minuscule, un gros doute sur la taille de la chambre, une chaleur étouffante qui a rendu le séjour pénible. La climatisation il faut l'activer un temps avant l'arrivée du client.
🔹 À notre arrivée, avec 1h de retard et la chambre n’était pas préparée, un manque de professionnalisme flagrant. Deux petites bouteilles d’eau pour trois personnes ? Deux serviettes pour deux ? Cela démontre un souci évident d’organisation. On etait trois !!!
🍽️ Le petit déjeuner, censé être inclus, était un autre point noir : les bouteilles de jus et de lait étaient vides, le buffet semblait composé de restes, et notre table n’était ni dressée, ni propre. Manger dans ces conditions est inacceptable pour un établissement hôtelier.
👉 Un conseil constructif : le jeune homme en charge sur place semble compétent et professionnel – laissez-le piloter l’hôtel, il pourrait réellement en améliorer la gestion et l’image.

The place wasn’t as I was expecting it. There is a smell in the hallways, coming from the carpets. The fridge in our room was not functional, there was no shampoo in the bathroom, and only one roll of toilet paper. The breakfast options were very limited and the quality of the food was very poor!

The soap container was empty upon arrival and they didn’t re-fill it during our stay even when we told the receptionist.

Breakfast was just ok.

Dusch was broken in one of the rooms

The room pictures look exaggerated and not close to reality.

Firstly we were given a different room to what we had asked for, secondly the fridge and the tv weren’t functional

Great location walking distance to many restaurants and the falls.

Normally we bought big suit rooms but they gave us a standart room so the only problem ıs the room sizes. All the other things are very good especially workers.

Super tasty breakfast and great staff. The hotel has charm. The furnishings are stylish. Only the ceiling paint in my room was peeling off and the corners in the bathroom could be painted. Everything you need is there. The great overall impression is somewhat spoiled by the necessary repairs.

Güzel otel, temiz, güzel ilgi, kadınlar günü hediyesi düşüncesi çok inceydi. Güzel muhit, otelde kendisini rahat hissediyor. Asansör sesi biraz rahatsız etti o kadar. Kahvaltı birçok yere göre iyi. Mükemmel değil. Sabah kahvaltı çalışanları çok kibar ve ilgili.

Son derece anlayışlı ve güler yüzlü personel var. temizlik de gayet iyiydi

Good location, poor accommodation, terrible rooms & more terrible bathrooms, poor cleaning service, terrible beds & sheets,……..

We were disappointed when we first saw the room:
The couch is broken and dirty. The bathroom is old and requires immediate renovation.
There we no drinks in the fridge as shown in the pictures.

However the hotel is very calm and the bed is deluxe as promised.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
