Nada a apontar
What I liked:
- The staff. Check-in and check-out was very easy and fast. They were friendly.
- The terrace with my room. Wow what a view! It's very relaxing to sit or lay here. However keep in my mind, it gets very hot in summer and no shade.
- The hotel looks very charming.
- The bed was clean and firm.
- My room at the back of the hotel was very quiet. Also thanks to my neighbours. But absolutely no noise from outside. I slept great!
- Airconditioning worked fine. Didn't make a lot of noise.
- Supermarket 2 min walk from the hotel.
- Metro 8 min walk.
- Felt safe.
What I didn't like:
- The bathroom and overall cleaning. I know it's a 2 star hotel but the cleaning and maintenance could be better! Although my room got cleaned everyday (sink, toilet, bed, trashcan) and they refreshed new towels, there was dust, stains on walls and doors, hairs that didn't belong to me, mold in the bathroom. Deep clean the room!
- The location. I wished it was a little bit more near the centre. It's a 20 min walk to the heart of the city. When it's hot and those hills....it can be a lot. However a hotel near the city centre would probably cost more.
Obsługa w hotelu była przemiła i bardzo pomocna, pokój był czysty, jednak wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia. Cały budynek to klimatyczna stara rezydencja. Obiekt położony w dobrej lokalizacji blisko dwóch stacji metra.
W pokoju niestety nie było lodówki.
Traditional manor house, secure parking
The management tried charging twice for parking and started causing a scene when I refused to pay twice. It was a terrible journey into the main area of the city but mainly due to roadworks and redevelopment. No fault of the hotel

A única coisa a apontar, foi o barulho de uma bomba, penso que uma bomba de água, que esteve a trabalhar toda a noite.
Acabou por prejudicar um pouco o sono. Somente isso. De resto, tudo óptimo

Jedyny minus to śniadania. Musiałyśmy kupować własne warzywa, bo obiekt nie oferował żadnych a do tego nic na ciepło :(
Tamanho do quarto superou minha expectativa. A varando da quarto fez muita diferença, pois usamos para tomar um vinho e ficar admirando o anoitecer e o céu que estava muito lindo (estávamos na primavera).
Banheiro também bem grande, espaçoso e chuveiro excelente.
Estacionamento foi ótimo pois estávamos com carro alugado.
Localização muito boa. Caminhada fácil até o mercado Bolhão.
Infelizmente o valor por pessoa do café da manhã não era atrativo. Penso que o valor da diária e a qualidade do hotel, o café da manhã poderia ser um atrativo para o hospede

small hotel with only 14 rooms at the edge of town centre ~300 metres from Trindad metro station. Very nice rooms with beautiful historic stucco ceilings and internal wooden shutters for large windows. Wide wooden staircase in a historic building with some modern art on the walls. Rather new bathrooms. Rich breakfast, very friendly staff.
In our room, the carpet needs changing and the brass rail holding the cloth screen of the headboard above the bed was a bit wobbly. No air condition but the high windows allow sufficient air exchange in the night if you are on the first floor.
La verdad la atención del dueño/administrador y la chica de recepción.
Muy preocupados por que no teni la habitación qué había reservado, asi que me bonificaron 20 euros. La h habiacion asignada estaba muy bien.
No se si el elevador ...ligeramente hacia ruido
