I Booked double bed online, when I check in the girl in reception try to give me single bed because I by myself, when I said no she just looked at me in rude way huh! Not happy with her service. Bed sheet has hole.
The hotel is excellent for a budget hotel. I did not personally stay in it. I booked for my mother in law and father in law. They said the hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only problem was the room they stayed was in was a bit small.
The room was clean and comfortable and location was perfect as far as i was concerned. Staff were friendly and helpful when face to face and seemed very understanding of my embarrsssing lack of ability when it comes to speaking Bahasa.
Unfortunately butler chat in the archipelago app does not appear to work at all. Messages appear read but are not answered. Don't bother downloading it or using it, it is a complete waste of time.
Calling to order room service was completely ineffective, I'm pretty sure I was hung up on, potentially because my attempts at saying what I wanted in bahasa made no sense to the other person so they freaked out and hung up the phone instead of seeing another staff member could assist.
The pricing for the restaurant is deceptive. There are extra fees and taxes that you have to pay for your meal meaning that the cost on the bill is completely different to the menu.
Finally don't take the hotel organised transport to the airport it is overpriced. Instead book a gojek car. The price is good, as is the service
