Загалом непогано, але не те що ми очікували!
Pros:

Привітний персонал

Cons:

Як з’ясувалося, що готель не один, а декілька!
Довелося ходити в басейн та спа, через дорогу в халатах і це було максимально незручно!
Тому коли будете замовляти готель, уточнюйте!
Wi-Fi в 2-му готелі не працював(а якщо і працював, то дуже погано)
Басейн та спа досить гарне, але, було дуже людно(так як ходили в нього з двох готелей)

Pros:

Номери: чисто, спокійно, тепло
Їжа: ситні сніданки і гарний вибір, смачна кухня
Спа: басейн на вулиці, критий басейн/дитяча зона, одразу сауни. все ок
В загальному враження позитивні!

Cons:

Має десь бути вказано, що готель має 3 корпуси: старий із зруба, новий поруч і основний, де басейн і ресторан через дорогу.
Коли погана погода, то ходити туди сюди під дощем не дуже приємно.
При повному заповненні може не вистачити місця під парковку, але питання якось вирішувалися.
Майте на увазі, що готелі розміщений на схилі із доволі крутим підйомом місцями. Зимою в погану погоду можуть виникнути труднощі.

Це більше нюанси для тих, хто вперше сюди їде)

Все було просто чудово!!!
Pros:

Дуже сподобався відпочинок ! Все було на вищому рівні ! Персонал привітний, номер чистенький, просторий, є холодильник та телевізор для зручності! Спа зона теж працює на найкращому рівні. Басейн всередині дуже теплий, є можливість замовити масаж ! Надзвичайно задоволена відпочинком і щиро рекомендуватиму друзям та знайомим!!!❤️

Чудовий готель, персонал та зручне розташування.
Pros:

Було чисто, затишно, все для зручностей, недалеко центр Буковеля, смачно годували сніданками 🥰

Cons:

Трішки було чутно сусідні кімнати, та скрипіння ліжок і підлоги .

Ціна + якість;якщо хочете жити в будівлі зі спа потрібно переплатити.В корпусі зі зрубу номери дешевші але потрібно йти

Смачна їжа.Шампанське на шведському столі.
Гарний ремонт в нових корпусах але поселили нас в деревʼяний будиночок ,номер великий,зручний,є холодильник,чайник,куллер в коридорі.В номері тепло,чисто.Додали дитяче ліжечко за запитом.

Cons:

В спа потрібно іти з іншого корпусу ,що дуже не зручно з малими дітьми в прохолодну погоду.Літом не проблема.
